Vintage Boogie is old school.... But good music is always good music right? So we play the classic tunes from the sixties, seventies, eighties and nineties. We can do classic 70's and 80's disco nights, soul / Motown or contemporary rock and pop or as is often the case, a mixture for everybody.

What’s the secret to keeping a party dancing all night long?
Playing the right music and reading the audience is the secret to this. Different events require a different approach, family gatherings and wedding receptions all tend to get going later in the evening. Other functions can go right from the start. Sometimes you need background music sometimes you need to be banging it out LARGE.
How would you describe your ‘style’?
I take a relaxed and informal approach to my presentation, I am there to play music and to let people enjoy the evening for themselves, they don’t need to hear me chatting all through the function. All the correct and formal business should be done before the event in previous correspondence.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction comes from a happy client and a full dance floor!
What inspired you to start your own business?
There really is no other way to do this and ultimately you take satisfaction from providing good service which in turn provides you with a living.
