Nice open day it is very BMW but in a good way, friendly staff fairly stiff prices but they are very working man friendly they open early so you can drop your bike in before work and open late so you can pick it up after. I lose a days money servicing a bike and doesn't matter how cheap it is won't make up for what I have lost. More...

Here for a BMW motorcycle, was put off by the small number and low star reviews. However they had a great selection of the model I was interested in so I gave it a go. I just had my BMW X5 repaired here, after some self inflicted damage ! I received possibly the best customer services ever here by Kathy, Ricardo, Jon and Russell ever. The car has come back to me 'as-new' and they were happy for me to view it inside under lights to make sure the paintwork was exactly as it should be - and it was . Vines bodyshop did a great job of sorting out some cosmetic damage to the wing of my car and a scuffed bumper left by a neighbour who thought his landrover was a foot shorter than it actually is. The car looks like new again.One star dropped because some scratches that the assessor said they would try and polish out at the same time wasn't done and this work wasn't listed on the estimate. So my advice is to ensure everything agreed is put is writing otherwise it won't be done. However, the workmanship for the work that was done was first class. More...
