We commissioned Martin Gustyn and Associates Ltd to assess our garden wall with an assessment of its condition and a recommendation of any remedial work (in written form so that we could share this with our contractors). Tremendously helpful when a rogue party wall surveyor tried to nab business by sending confusing unsolicited mail to our neighbours. The firm in question wouldn't back off and quoted us lines from the Party Wall Act, but with telephone advice from the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors we were able to understand that those lines didn't apply to our situation, and we successfully uninvited the gatecrashers from our party.
