I ordered flowers for mother’s day they were beautiful!!! There was a mix up and My mother received two sets of flowers I called to make sure I didn’t get billed twice and they told me no refunded me for my flowers and told me to enjoy them very nice and very professional way of handling the mistake. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful!! I was trying to order a bright get-well arrangement for a family in LA while I live in Virginia. After calling another florist nearby that was rude and explained that she had "no bright colors because it wasn't spring," I was very frustrated.
