Our entire family LOVES VillaSport Cypress! The equipment and facilities are always clean and well-maintained. Our kids ask every day if we are going to the gym. Shout-out to the VillaKids staff! They do an amazing job! We have sent our kids to everything from VillaKids (while we're working out) to summer camps. In the Spring/Summer, we love going to the pool. The kids have a great time playing on all of the slides/pool stations. The locker room is top notch as well. I just had my first workout here. Best gym I've ever been to. The staff is very friendly and very helpful answering questions. I can't remember their names, but I was given a tour by the ambassador Ashley G. before signing up and she was very helpful showing me everything the facility has to offer. I can't believe all the things you get for the price. It's very affordable in my opinion. I have not been to a gym in over 6 years and I paid comparable prices back then for some strip mall hole the wall (not accounting for inflation). The men's locker room makes you feel like you are Gordan Gecko in that scene from "Wall Street" and the Sauna, steam room, and spa lounge makes you feel like you are in a Roman bathhouse. This is a beautiful club with first rate facilities, well worth the money. Staff is outstanding and well qualified. Great variety of equipment makes it hard to get bored with your workout as you can always try something new. Looking forward to the reopening in December after the Harvey visit. More...

Family and I really like it. The staff is nice and friendly. Even though it was a busy first few days the staff has kept on top of cleanliness. My kids love the in door and out door pools they played for hours, they also had a good time in the childcare area where they not only played but learned and worked on a arts and craft project.

There is plenty of work out equipment and several pieces of unique workout machines that I have not seen in any gym before. As far as the work out classes they were packed but, I am sure once the novelty wears off the classes will not be as crowded.

What I do not like is the extra charge for the Pilates Reformer, Boot Camp and Les Mills Grit (HITT) classes. Those are really popular classes and one would think those classes would be included with the monthly membership fee. Hopefully they add some boot camp or HITT classes that do not charge an extra fee in the future. More...

I thoroughly enjoy working out at Villa and the sauna afterwards is perfect. I love that at 13 my son has been trained to use the equipment and is able to. The trainer's have been great as well. I do hope to see a few more leg extension machines in the future but no real complaints so far. More...

My daughter believes that everyone drinks unicorn milk before they come to work here. She loves the staff in villa kids, everyone is happy and attentive, without being overbearing. My son lives for basketball so he is in heaven.

I really love all the classes! We have tried almost all of them and all the instructors are great! Villakids has been amazing! I have a super fussy one year old and he loves Ms. Ashanti and Ms. Jamie! They are so nice and always loving on my boys! The girls in the front are super sweet as well! The only comment I have that is negative will get better with time. I've had a couple of people tell me different things but they are still new and they are working out all the kinks. We signed up from day one, very impressed with the staff at this place, yes, there are a few bugs to work out but they have done a great job training the staff, very attentive to your needs, would be nice to have an outdoor shower for people to rinse off before going in the pool, we love the group classes especially the Athletic Training at 5:30 AM, Kristen is awesome, she is very thorough and energetic and boy does she know her stuff, what a great work out. We are members and attended the member open house on Saturday. My family and I were welcomed and had the best experience with all engagement with every staff/team member. They made sure that we were given undivided attention to our questions. One on one full facility tour and were explained all aspects of the gym and recreational areas. I am really enjoying this nice new club. I have been a long time Lifetime Fitness member and this club is equal to their Onyx level clubs. One suggestion I may add is that it would be nice if they had an app and the ability to check in with your phone. These little membership cards they issue are easy to lose. I know they are meant to put on your keychain, but I do not like a bunch of stuff on my keychain, so the electronic cards are a nice option cause most people carry their phones around with them everywhere. Awesome place for the whole family. I'm not gonna lie, we were a bit turned off by the membership price for a family of 5 (wondering if it would be worth it). . . It became worth it within the first week when the kids kept begging us to go. No more skipping the gym for us.

Customer service- This is always a make or break thing for me. Some places just don't care but Villa Sport is amazing in this department. I had booked a monthly special treatment but inclement weather prevented that from happening. Much to my amazement, I just happened to be talking to the spa manager and mentioned that I was bummed I missed it. . She asked me "What time would you like to re-book that? We are very happy with our experience at Villasport. Our kids love going, whether it’s to play at Villakids, to swim at the pool (indoor during the winter and outdoor during the Spring/Summer) or for special events like pool parties and the Easter egg hunt. The villakids staff greets my children with a smile and always has new games and art projects for them. I enjoy pretty much every group exercise class I go to. All the instructors are so encouraging. The classes are approachable for beginners, but can also be challenging if you choose. Everything is always spotless. The staff has been very good at responding to feedback, whether that’s adding stools in the family locker room or expanding the number of barre classes they offer. The membership is expensive, but every member of our family gets a lot of value out of it. My husband goes early in the morning before work, I go to work out in the morning, and we often come back in the afternoon to swim. More...

Great clean facility... not too crowded, even on opening week in the middle of the summer... staff has been very friendly and accommodating. .. expensive but worth it when you think about the resort style experience vs a typical gym, you get what you pay for and you are buying a club membership not gym membership... can't wait for basketball leagues to start up although it's been nice that almost every time I've been we were able to start a pickup game within 15 minutes... I also feel safe letting my teenagers hang out here after school rather than walking the streets like I did growing up and while here, giving them freedom to free roam without worrying about them getting into trouble... overall I'm excited to be a member and glad my family of six took the chance!!!

couple of things that could really take this place over the top would be:
- couples sauna area (going to be hard to add at this point but maybe have a time frame where you block off the men's locker room with a curtain and allow couples to share the men's sauna area)
- pool volleyball (The indoor pool with the giant bucket at the lane stripes would be a great area to have it. Big enough area where the games would never be too crowded) More...

Have been for the last 3 days since the opening on Tuesday. The staff is incredible!! Everyone is so happy and genuinely seems to care about making your experience a wonderful one. Particularly the staff at VillaKids!! My 6 month old has been dropped there 3 times now, and they all already know her name and greet her with big smiles every time I've come!! They are also very accommodating when I need to get my car started and get the A/C blasting before putting the baby in!

The facilities are nice and spacious, you don't feel like you're on top of someone else trying to get a workout in. Classes have been wonderful!

I am really looking forward to my time at VillaSport, and continuing to see what it has to offer!! �� More...

My family went to the member's preview on Saturday and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went today to actually use the facility and service was top notch. I've seen some people complain about the price of this "gym", but you are getting way more than a "gym". You are receiving excellent customer service, equipment will always be nice and clean, family memories that your children will remember forever, a resort style feel inside and outside the club and the list literally goes on. This is not a "gym". This club has no competitors in our area...no gym in Cypress can even come close to comparing. I've been a member at several gyms in the area and their equipment is always broken and disgusting, child's club always stinks and most don't offer even half of what VillaSport offers. Only thing I wish that was set up different is the sauna and steam rooms. There is no coed sauna and steam room (they are in the locker rooms), but this is nothing in comparison to everything else they offer. More...

On my 2nd day at Villa Sport I pushed a bit hard and began to cramp both hamstrings. Mr. Herschel Johnson was near by and I limped over to ask for assistance. Herschel, without hesitation spent time coaching me through to recovery. My wife and I wanted a personal trainer and I quickly realized that Herschel was a perfect fit. W've been training with Herschel for about 4-5 weeks now and this guy is changing our lives! Herschel is very professional, focused and dedicated. The workouts are always challenging and gratifying. We absolutely LOVE Villa! We are a family of four and use every aspect of their service from working out to fun downtime by the pool. Awesome club and spa. Great gym with tons of options. Classes come with your membership. 2 hours of child care per day included. Great staff who are always friendly and attentive to your needs. Love this place, if you are a group exercise person this is the place for you, they have the best instructors (seriously) from spinning, to all of the Les Mill's classes, barre and mat pilates. These folks have treated me like a VIP since they opened, always a hello and a goodbye, even though I don't have small children they seem to be having a great time. Yes, it's more expensive then 24 Hour Fitness, but it's well worth it if you use it, no contracts, you can quit at any time....I have found a home. Thank you for opening this in Cypress! More...
