Getting ready to retire, and made the decision to make VillaSport part of my new routine. I am really enjoying the workouts, the very nice and lavishly equipped locker room including sauna and showers, and the café and outdoor patio complete with fire pit.

Tl;Dr - An amazing facility that will help you get fit however you so choose. Would happily come back if I'm in the area again. Up front, the staff here are awesome (special shout out to Gretchen), and want to actually help you out.Friendly atmosphere with something for everyone. Trainers are constantly circulating the floor and working with clients. I went on a Tuesday just after lunch so I had no problem getting equipment.It's a fitness club, not an old school gym for meat heads, but it has everything you need and then some (my preference is always for the old school mom and pop gyms with chains near the Squat racks. Upscale, large, clean facility. Expensive but there are an extensive amount of classes included as well as access to the outdoor pool. The sauna, steam room, and whirlpool are all nice additions. The shower facilities are very clean and spacious. Minor issues with teens sitting in groups around machines and not using them and other visitors similarly on their phones but not using the machine. This gym is very clean and well staffed with friendly staff The amenities are very overpriced and the cafe is commissary tasting. I only use the personal training. It’s ridiculously expensive but I’m recently out of back surgery and my trainer Steve is very knowledgeable about recovery from such events. Steve is worth every penny. Checks all the boxes except one. Its a clean and comfortable setting to work on improving my health with a variety of classes, a coffee house/restaurant and a spa. My only complaint is about the hours. 5 to 10 on weekdays and 7 to 8 on weekends. If they were open til 11pm every day of the week it would be greatly appreciated. More...

It's a nice gym and has a lot of experiences, there is a basketball court that is booked every week for about 2 hours just so 4 year olds can hog up the entire court.
