Portions were generous and delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'd recommend the asparagus wraps appetizer.
Best Italian restaurant on the Cape!
The second time I've been to this establishment. Like the layout and cozy warm feeling it reflects. Many small rooms for dining and a tavern that is easy to pass the time in! The staff is friendly and attentive. The food I had was delicious and very well prepared! Highly recommend a trip there! More...
I have been going there for several years. They prepare some of the most flavorful Italian food on the Cape. The service and the chef are outstanding as is the atmosphere in an Antique Colonial. It doesn't disappoint.
the food here is great! Rose is a very good waitress@
We've been living in Cotuit for a little while and finally made it out to Villaggio last night. I have to say the food was excellent, our server Tim was great, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon.
Food,service,and cleanliness was great
First time there. Friend's of ours suggested the restaurant. The atmosphere was great but the food was fantastic and delicious! The portions are big our friends shared a salad and dinner.I can't wait to go back. More...
It's always wonderful here! Took my husband for fathers day and the salmon was superb!!
Villaggio provides a consistently good Italianate menu that includes local seafood, and that's what shines here. Don't be put off by the seemingly high price of entrees, you'll be taking half of it home, they're large. The apps are not as consistently good, stick to the Italian comfort options for starters and salads. Desserts are okay, but not special. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it can be noisy. The service is friendly and slow enough to allow for lots of conversation. This it's a good place to go when you have time to relax over good Italian seafood specials and some wine, but save room for dessert at a local ice cream shop. Plan ahead for traffic, this can be a hard place to get to in a hurry. But all in all, it's worth it. More...
Really cool bar area, friendly bartender. I'd recommend the bruschetta and cappuccino martini
Solidly good traditional Italian restaurant. Large portions.
Delicious food, generous portions, friendly staff. Our first visit here, I'm sure we'll be back.

I took my wife out for dinner last night at Villaggio and I have to say we were very impressed from the hostess to our waitress Alexa. She provided to all of our needs and explained everything on the menu to include the specials. The appetizer we ordered was the Stuff Peppers was excellent and out meal was outstanding. We ordered the Italian Dinner For Two and the portion was unbelievable and the taste was magnificent. We will definitely be back! More...

Best steaks on Cape Cod! Always great.
Classy yet unpretentious. The atmosphere when you first walk in is warm and inviting. If you want excellent food, top service & warm friendly smiles, this is the place. Such a variety of different dishes to choose from including a variety of wines of which we were given a sample to taste. I wish I could try each and every one. Our server Tim was friendly, polite and so attentive. His charming wit was the icing on the cake that made our night complete. More...

Great Italian Food. Warm friendly place
Thanks to the entire staff for making my son’s birthday so special...we felt welcomed! The service was excellent and the food amazing. Thanks all...we’ll be back!
The 17th century building is a quaint setting providing multiple small dinning areas of 3 to 5 tables each. The staff was professional, prompt and courteous although the hostess was a bit flustered on an exceptionally busy valentines evening. The food was fantastic! I started with the carpaccio which was melt in your mouth tender and a very good size portion. It could have used a little salt in my opinion. Dinner was pancetta scallops over angle hair pasta. The scallops were cooked PERFECTLY! My friend had the veal marsala over fettuccine which had a wonderful sauce and very fresh and tasty portabella mushrooms. Both entrees were very generous in portion size and half ended up in to go boxes. Can't wait to go back for a different selection. More...
Best meal around true fine dining and not getting pushed out the door as soon as you finish your main coarse

Great food, good customer service. Recommend!
Absolutely one of our favorite stops on the Cape while on our honeymoon in October last year! The atmosphere creates such an intimate dinner experience and the service was exceptional! The live music provided an ambiance that made us enjoy our time beyond the delicious meal! The owner and chef checked on us a few times while we were dining and made sure everything was to our liking! I would highly recommend this to anyone staying on the Cape as it is authentic Italian, served in good sized portions, and has all the charm and flair to make your night enjoyable! More...

The best restaurant!!!
A place to remember for fine food and great service.
We are locals. This is one of the best restaurants on the upper Cape!Great food, pleasant staff, huge portions. Fine dinning, with casual dress.
Simply AMAZING! Authentic Italian food with excellent service. Great atmosphere as well. Me and my husband were in Italy last year and I described a pasta dish I had. Without even asking the server went to the back and later out came my favorite dish, specially made by the chef and it was delicious! Portions are huge... 1 servi g can easily feed two and probably still have left overs. A must try! More...
Its pricey but the food is amazing.
A little pricey but worth it
Wonderful! Nice atmosphere, food was delicious and the service was excellent. Pricy but worth it.
OMG I'm so glad we decided to stop at the Villaggio for dinner! Cosy, intimate rooms, exceptional and friendly staff, and exquisitely prepared Italian dishes. I used to travel to Rome, Italy quite often for years and this brought back memories. If you're in the area and hungry, you won't be disappointed. You'll be leaving very full and saying moltobene!! Treat your significant other and your taste buds to a wonderful Italian meal. Ciao! More...

We had recently spent 3 weeks in Italy and come to find out we could have better Italian food in Cotuit!! Jay, the chef, did a fantastic job. I had the Chicken Sambucca (?) and my wife had the Haddock. Perfectly cooked and tasted Wonderful. Tori, our waitress, was great and helpful. More...

My friend Carole and I went on a Wednesday in May. We were seated in a comfortable, relatively small room- very attractive. Our server Michelle was very friendly and informative, and brought some very nice olive oil with garlic pieces and mashed garlic in a balsamic reduction. Lots of bread made it perfect. We selected the Villagio salad and split it. It was more than adequate and beautifully presented with various peppers, pickled onion, fresh mushrooms and black olives ; I thought the blue cheese dressing was delicious. The clams casino were tender and well covered cherrystones, a dozen of which we happily demolished. She had a chicken piccata entree and I a chicken Tuscany . We both selected angel hair pasts with the house tomato sauce. Everything was delicious and plentiful ( we are not big eaters and took a lot home which we much enjoyed the next day). The desert menu offers msny temptations, but my favorite food at the Big E is the fried dough! And they had it here: it was great and we didn't have to go to the fair. Shared a glass of wine, had tea and coffee. The chef paid us a visit too and we staggered off with our take home. More...
