Super service très satisfaite!! Récemment déménagée dans le coin je cherchais un endroit pour faire l'entretien de mon vélo et après avoir lu certain des commentaires sur Google sur VCH j'y suis allée sans hésitations. Je vous confirme que les commentaires reflètent très bien la réalité. Lors de l'entretien le propriétaire Pascal a remarqué que mon siège semblait déplacé. Got the first higher end bike of my life here when I wanted to start biking longer distances to work. Shopped around from Pointe Claire to Vaudreuil and came back here. They couldn't match Pascal's price special (timing was right I guess).Then I called a friend and asked about Village Cycle and he told me that I would be well served and not "taken for a ride".So showed up for my fitting and had undevided attention for that and installation of accessories. Pascal answered all my questions and constantly offered information throughout the whole procedure and reassured me on technical support if any issues came up.Pascal made me feel welcome and didn't push for extras in the way of accessories and just left it to me to decide. Pascal the owner was amazing. He held on to a bike I really needed for over a month until I was ready to purchase. He then drove almost an hour to deliver it to me. I couldn't believe the service. I have to say that this is the top cycle shop out there !!! I live in the west island and I go out to see Pascal all the time. The best service and of course the best prices. I buy all my bikes from him and send my friends as well. If your in the market for a bike or snowshoes it's worth the short ride. Where do I begin? These guys are the best. They were even able to help me set up my “vintage” Tri-bike for my first Tri-athlon last year. Now I just bought my first smart trainer from VCH and I’m already up and running (cycling) on that as well. Very helpful and not pushy.
