The staff there are awesome! They did a really good job takin care of my Boy! I would definitely recommend them!
He was great with my dog when I took him in to get fixed. He made sure I knew about the voucher. He made a few suggestions for fleas and ticks, but didn't push anything. There was a few mix ups when I went to pay, but they fixed it right away. I would recommend this place to anyone. More...

This is in regards to the comment by Anna Coy.This invective from a very troubled young woman that I have been helping since she was a little girl comes as a shock to me both personally and professionally. So I thought I would respond to these baseless allegations.I first met her family 21 years ago in Hot Springs Village. Her adopted father had brain stem cancer that was inoperable. I saw them occasionally until shortly before his demise. He brought his seizure dog to me for adoption. I placed her with a small boy in Ohio which she helped for many years. He also asked me to look after the girls and their mother. I said I would. Over the years She would call me for help as her mother began to abuse her immediately after his death. When I first found her in New York I was pleasantly surprised at her deportment and intellect. She had presented me with drawings when she was small which I treasured. She recently sent me a remarkable painting wherein I realized her talent as an artist was enormous! When I found out that nobody in her family would come to support her in the Miss New York contest I agreed to go at considerable expense. She was at a dead end in New York. So I agreed to relocate her to Arkansas . I paid for everything. I also provided her with the use of my car until I was able to retrieve a car from my niece who refused to return the car. She and I went to the sheriffs office where we were told there was basically nothing I could do. So I explained to her that I would need the car as I was being forced to impose on my other employees for rides. This anger and vindictiveness was a shock. I fired her and withdrew any support for her future. Up to this point I had her on track to move into a townhouse that I had bought in exchange for sweat equity on her point. She did not fulfill her obligations . I had previously offered her an LLC which she refused to sign. I purchased scrubs for her and loaned her 1000 for vet tech online schooling. She has not responded as to how she was going to pay this. I securely explained that a platonic relationship is all that was possible. Now to the accusations about my abilities as a veterinarian. She assisted in two procedures. The first was a complicated Cesarean section on a dog that had a dead puppy in it. The surgery was a success . The dog actually lived through all of that! The second procedure was a simple suture. I permitted her to place two sutures . Her summation of my ability as a vet is based upon these two incidents. I have been painfully aware of some family situations in the final months of her adopted fathers condition. I personally have been financing her counselling hoping she would come to grips with her childhood experiences. Evidently more counselling is needed. Possibly her adoptive grandmother would pay for these sessions. All told I have spent 9000 dollars to help her achieve her dreams and goals. More...
Very knowledgeable about animal care.
Sunny groomed my Bichon. She is AWESOME! If your furniture baby needs a bath and groom, I recommend Sunny.
We love Dr. Bob and his entire staff. He is available on weekends and for emergencies. A very rare find in a veterinarian.
Very experienced vet who knows what was going on with both of my dogs. He is like the dog whisperer. The staff are amazing and the hours open work with my work schedule. They do laser therapy which is non invasive and I immediately saw a benefit after 1 session. Highly recommend as he knows his stuff. More...
Sissy girl got her a new vet today!!
I was over whelmed at the care for the veterans given at the clinic!! They offer so much! I will be donating to them for the vets to get their dogs trained and definitely telling every vet I know about them!!! Thank you so much!!!!
My counselor, Keith, told me about Dr. Bob. I also talked to Kaye at the Humane Society and she too, told me of Dr. Bob. I am an Air Force veteran. My disability is 'bipolar disorder'. I was not diagnosed in 1979 while stated at Chanute AB, Rantoul, Ill. Dr. wrote in my medical files that I had had a 'panic' attack. I was afraid to seek medical help, because I thought I'd be kicked out of the AF, no job, no pay,no way to take care of my 2 children. Also, believe my children would be taken away. I did not seek help til I moved to San Diego from Oregon. Since moving to Hot Springs, AR, 24 yrs ago, I have sought and received excellent counseling ag CCS, community counseling service for over 10 yrs and 2 counselors and with a medical doctor who got me on the right meds. My counselor there returned. I heard about the VA clinic off of Malvern, found their were 2 psychiatrists, chose Dr. Wright, as he had the sooner open appointment. Have been very happy with him. Also, see a therapy counselor, Keith Powers. I am at the point that I don't need to see him as much, but have his direct # for emergencies. He's very busy, but gets back to me in a couple days. By that time the manic episode has passed. I also can talk to my Pastor John at 1st Baptist, also my Bible class of women, I feel free to be open to share with the ladies about my illness and we all pray for each other and some know of people who also struggle with 'bipolar'. My concern is paying for rabis for my 3 therapy cats. Also, when I choose a dog, I will not have the dollars for the several vaccines the dog will need, so will have to wait for at 3 months, if not more, to save up. oops, meant rabies. Vets keep seeking help at the VA clinic and if feeling overwhelmed, call and leave a urgent msg with your doctors. More...

Dr. Bob was incredible to work with when my Pomeranian, Tidbit, starting having issues this weekend VERY early Sunday morning. Dr. Bob’s initial diagnosis of Pancreatitis was validated by blood work Sunday afternoon, and we are working to get my little guy feeling better. So wonderful to find such a caring vet. Highly recommend him - and will be bringing my other two fur babies to him, too. More...

Doctor Bob is as AWESOME as they get! You gotta go meet his birds!
Extremely helpful and nice. Did everything they could to help my puppy on a Sunday for a very reasonable price when everyone else was trying to charge 600 plus to just get looked at after being ran over. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. More...

Wonderful veterinarian, and an awesome staff. They have taken very good care of our furry babies. They have gone above and beyond in taking care of puppies. They are also extremely pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend them to anyone who really cares about their animals. They will get the best care there. Dr Bob is wonderful. More...
First off, a warning. Dr Zepecki can rub you the wrong way. He certainly did on my first visit! He can come off as very judgmental and a little bit flaky, but he does know his stuff and is very dedicated to helping animals. He was willing to see my very ill cat after hours and said he is always available for emergencies. He did a full workup on 15 year old Tiki (which hadn't been done in years) to diagnose any problems. Actually he knew what was wrong the moment he had her in his hands! And we were happy to know she had a clean bill of health otherwise. My daughter is a veterinarian (in another city) and she was amazed at the reasonable charges for all the tests. It was quite expensive even so, but we got excellent value for our $$. More...
Dr. Bob is amazing. I am so extremely picky about our vet & I am very glad we found him. Highly intelligent, knowledgeable & got our pup fixed right up in no time. Can not recommend highly enough.
I just recently boarded my little buddy (Yorkie), Ella Grace, with Dr. Zepecki and his staff for eleven days while on a trip. Ella had a great time, and the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to send me videos of Ella. When I picked Ella Grace up, it was obvious how attached she had become to all the ladies in such a short time. Ella seems almost a little bored at home now. She is probably missing all the staff and fur friends she made while she stayed with them. It was like a vacation for her, too! I will definitely use them again when I need a place for Ella to stay! I took my Dane here the first couple of years living in HSV. I like Dr Bob and he is definitely easy to chat with regarding your animal. He's very knowledgeable and he cares about animals in general, but pets in particular. My daughter works for a vet clinic out of state, and when we visit her a couple of times a year, it was less expensive for us to take our dog to our daughter... however Dr Bob is less expensive than the other vets in the area. One woman called him a quack... one thing for sure, Dr Bob is NOT a quack, but he definitely has strong opinions on what he considers what is best for your animal. If not for our daughter, we would still be using him. More...
Dr. Bob is the best! Battle just loves him.

We were in Arkansas on vacation for one week in Hot Springs and Dr. Bob was so kind and seen my dog Bella late at night after having 2 seizures in one day and scared us to death! Had help getting my doggy service dogged
Dr. Bob saved my pitbull.
Dr. Bob and Ross took our dogs in on a Sunday afternoon without any notice because we were just traveling through. They needed baths and tick attention. and I should also add that my dogs are huge and have a lot of hair to comb through and wash. My dogs were extremely relaxed there and Ross took very good care of them when bathing them. Dr. Bob obviously cares immensely for animals. More...
Dr. Bob was so accommodating to us. We took our small dog with us to Hot Springs to a lakeside cabin and didn't realize that we were not staying in one of their "pet-friendly" cabins until we arrived in the evening. We called Village Pet Services around 8:45 pm on a Friday and Dr. Bob answered and got our vet record info and said we could bring our dog to stay there. He even gave her a bordatella dosage (with our permission) since it had been more than 6 months since she'd received one. He was very accommodating and friendly. Said we could take her on an outing during the day and bring her back in the evening if we wanted. Our dog was happy when we arrived back to pick her up the next day. Our dog seemed to have grown fond of him in that short time period. Highly recommend. More...
Good staff, great for pets, and lots of support.
