Tom is one of few people to listen to my desire to worry about just strength training me and helping me fall in love with all machines in the gym. For me weightloss is a by product I just want to enjoy the gym!And our sessions go by so fast I can't believe it's over because I am enjoying the workouts!!!He listens understands and adapts I can say o truly don't dread the gym! I've worked with Nate for general fitness for 3 months and have made significant strength gains after plateauing on other programs. He is friendly, attentive, nurturing, and encouraging. The Viking Fitness team is very welcoming and there is no intimidation. I'm surprised at the successes they've been having in competitions after only being around for a few months. I’ve been training on and off on my own for years, and recently went searching for a trainer so that I could go to the next level and compete in physique competitions and found Nate, a VERY knowledgeable source. We knew each in passing at the Vitamine Shoppe and he gave me great advice on supplements and started me on the path. About two weeks ago I started training with him, and the first thing I noticed is that he is very adaptable. With my wife, he is kinder and pushes her gently to her limits which is the way she needs trained. With me, he is A LOT more strict. Which is exactly how a future body builder should be trained. I also require a lot of attention ask a lot of questions because the strictness of my plans and every time Nate is “Jonny-on-the-Spot” with all the information I need or motivation. I subscribe to his nutrition and work out plan and I could not be happier with my choice of trainer. Definitely recommend 100/10 More...

I've been Nate's client for 6 weeks now doing both nutrition/meal planning and the online training. I'm so glad I started this with him. He created a custom work out plan for me to do at home since getting to a gym can be difficult for me. I also have some nutritional and GI problems that have to be worked with in my diet. He's always been incredibly patient with my million questions and he always very supportive even if I have a bad day nutritionally or with my work out. More...
