Hi, I’m Aled Jones, Personal Trainer and professional Muay Thai Fighter.

I have nearly 25 years experience in Weightlifting, 20 years in Boxing, 15 years in Muay Thai and strongly believe in teaching fitness in an enjoyable and dynamic way for all of my clients.

Trained with Aled in Thailand, he only showed great work ethic, great understanding of martial arts and training and positively impacted everyone he came across!

Aled has been my Personal Trainer since October 2015 and I cannot stress how brilliant his sessions are, they are the highlights to my week! I could be using Kettlebells one day, doing Muay Thai another day, or focusing on abs the other... each session is super fun, unpredictable, and doesn't make keeping fit feel like a chore at all! My personal aim was body toning, to learn Muay Thai and building my strength + flexibility up overall as I also love swimming but needed to improve my stamina... the Muay Thai really helped with this and I would highly recommend incorporating this into your fitness regime. Aled also gave me excellent advice on nutrition and after showing him a weekly food diary I had kept, he made small tweaks to my usual/favourite meals just to make them that 'little' bit healthier without any drastic action. Aled has the perfect balance of patience, putting you at ease and knowing when you need that extra push to really do the best you can! Highly recommend! More...

Boxing will improve your body strength and is a brilliant cardio exercise.

My studio has all the equipment needed to work on Strength and Conditioning such as a barbell, squat rack and Kettlebells to name a few.
