Using my extensive knowledge from practical application and my degree in Sport & Exercise Science, we will endure a number of training cycles comprised of functional methods to get the best out of your training.

I love the variety! For me personally, I like to add variety to my training, so thinking up new ways to train is something I strive for and love to do.

For years I have been an active member of the health and fitness industry as a fitness professional and a fitness enthusiast/athlete myself. Over the years I have been to many gyms and met many coaches all with different training philosophies. By picking bits of detail from different coaches, I have molded together my own philosophy to apply to the real world and help people towards better lifestyle choices.

I have an extensive amount of experience both as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach to allow me to get the best out of you and your training. This applies to people who are new to the gym and professional sportsmen and women looking to add the extras to really get to the top of their sport.
