MY SERVICES

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Intern, I’m trained to see individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of problems. ​

MY APPROACH

My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy, with solution-focused interventions that bring about insight for lasting change. My ultimate goal is to work myself out of a job. I want my clients to learn how to navigate life’s challenges and provide them with the tools they may need in order to move through transitions that accompany life.

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Las Vegas, and I love calling this city home. After graduating from UNLV with my bachelor's degree in Psychology, I decided to return to UNLV and pursue my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. After receiving my master's degree, I decided to open my own private practice where I could help clients navigate the challenges life can throw their way. In my private practice, I strive to provide a confidential and comfortable environment, where I can help clients overcome a variety of challenges. I work hard to help clients build on strengths they already have and help them attain the personal growth they wish to see and are committed to working on.

WHAT TO EXPECT

I understand that scheduling and coming to therapy can bring about a variety of feelings, including anxiety and stress. In order to help ease some of those concerns, you can expect the following:

1) You’ll schedule your first consultation session and fill out the documents that are sent to you.

2) I will then review your information and contact you if I need any other information.

3) When you come to my office we will spend the first session ensuring I am a good fit for the goals you have for yourself.

4) From there we will discuss what comes next and how we will proceed.
