I have worked with Erin on multiple projects for over 13 years, ranging from small personal websites, to signature print pieces for a large educational organization. As lead designer, Erin strives for the best possible final product for her clients and to stay within budget. Erin is always available to answer questions and talk through design challenges. Her years of experience have been useful to advise on a variety of issues, whether it be paper stock, the printing/production process, or the latest website management tools, which coupled with her clean design style, make her my first choice when a new project pops up. Erin is so organized and efficient that she often can keep a project on deadline, even if I'm late with content. I highly recommend Vieth Design for your next project. More...

Q&As

A website that clearly and quickly communicates what your business does.

What are the goals of your project?
Who is your audience?
What is your timeline?
What is your budget?

It very much depends on the job. For a website I'm looking to have an initial conversation about the overall site. Then collect, or set up, domain name, hosting, emails, website copy and images along with social media logins, etc.

I really enjoy working with individuals or small businesses looking to start new or refresh an existing look.

I like to have an initial conversation with new clients. On the phone, in person, or via Skype/Google Hangout/Facetime. This allows me to get a full picture of the design job and what information I'll need to get started. Most jobs have about 1-3 rounds of edits before they are finalized. (This basic process will vary depending on the scope of the job.)

The information I need before I start work changes depending on the project. A general rule of thumb is to provide all text and images that is available for the piece. Once I am able to have a quick conversation with the client we can come up with a list of things I'll need to begin.

I love that I get the opportunity to work with many different professionals in a variety of fields while bringing creativity and clarity to what they do.

I've enjoyed working on my own and collaborating with other small design firms for years. I love the flexibility that I have from being a sole proprietor.

I am extremely organized, with a clean fresh aesthetic who is always mindful of schedule and budget.
