best gym ever!
the classes are so much fun!
it is catered to everyone's needs and the instructors are very knowledgeable and encouraging, if there is a certain exercise you cant do they will provide you with an alternative.
would defiantly recommend quickfit no matter what your fitness level is.

QuickFit does exactly what it says on the tin: it's quick - just half an hour and you're done and dusted - and it gets you fit! The sessions are always huge fun with enthusiastic, motivating instructors each with their own distinctive personality and style. The circuit changes every week so you never have time to get bored. I've been attending for four years now - longer than I've ever stuck it out at any gym before - and feel fitter than ever. Sessions are at convenient times to fit into your day. I like the early morning ones. I go before work and it really sets me up for the day. QuickFit is totally unthreatening and non-posy and the women who attend are a great bunch some of whom have become good friends. More...
