I had the most amazing experience getting a hair cut by Kim today. I came in with an idea and she completely brought that vision to life. I wanted an A-Symmetrical Lob and she nailed it. Not only was I so obsessed with my new identity lol but Kim was so extremely personable, cute, professional and obviously talented. She updated me on what steps she would be doing for my hair cut. I thought this was very professional and kind of her! I have no idea what a hair cut really consists of so to be in communication with her was super appreciated. Great hair high lights  and wash and dry . Offered multiple coffees and were very polite and attentive . Would return for sure but it is a bit pricey so cannot go often . Most Pleasanton hairdressers are pricey however . Better to make a trek to Fremont More...

This past visit, I received a foilyage and cut with Claudia to lighten up my look and accentuate my curls. My hair looks SO good! Claudia listened to what I wanted and then blew me away with the end product over-exceeding my expectations. She even helped me pick hair products that would fit my newly embraced curls. I have been going to Victoria's Salon for 10 years ever since we moved to Pleasanton. This  salon has been consistently the best for me. I mean I'm always happy with my cut, color, style and absolutely love my hair. The salon is beautiful, comfortable, and excels with great customer service. This is one of the best kept secrets in Cotati. I get my pedicures here and the women who work here are very nice and ask you what you want and listen to you. Victoria's Salon and my stylist Rachel Manifesto are the absolute best!! My husband and I moved to Danville a few years back and I needed to find a salon and stylist up here. Thankfully Victoria's was recommended to me and I am so glad it was!Rachel is truly wonderful and always makes me feel great after my appointment. OMG this is long overdue.  This place and Kaylin saved my wedding day!I didn't realize this hidden gem was in downtown Pleasanton all the times I've been down there. ..  On my wedding day my original hairstylist ended up in ER and on a Saturday morning I called this place and they were able to squeeze me in.  I was so happy and satisfied with my style.  I will be returning this Friday for a root touch up. Kira squeezed me in for a facial this afternoon and I'm thrilled with the results. She was very direct and proactive about asking what I was expecting- and I told her I don't care what you do I want to glow. Kira suggested a vitamin c light peel, mixed with the pumpkin mask. Both are anti bacterial, hydrating, purifying and exfoliating. Since it is late spring early summer I wanted to look fresh and pure. As someone who gets a facial very frequently I was impressed with her technique, and pressure. She definitely knows what she is doing. This salon is located towards the south end of Downtown Pleasanton on Main Street. I was looking to get my hair cut and colored and had a limited amount of time to do so. I called and they were able to get me in the next day. Kim was my stylist, very professional and listened to what I was looking for. I just wanted an all over color, no highlights or anything. Needed to cover up those grey's=( and a trim to get rid of the dead ends. I don't have as much hair as I used to before I had kids, so it doesn't take to long to get it done. Kim is really nice and fun to talk with while getting my hair done. She listened to what I had to say and made sure that I was happy with the outcome and her services. You pay for what you get. If you're looking for a fast and cheap haircut, this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for a relaxing place to get your hair done by a professional, then Victoria's is the place to come. Tried a few places in the Trivalley that I went to through referrals, and wasn't incredibly impressed. But I decided to look on Yelp and was impressed by the reviews [with pics] of Juliana's work at Victoria's Salon. It was a way more emotional decision than I want to admit, so I was apprehensive to say the least. I was pretty embarrassed of my hair but Juliana made me so comfortable and excited about the potential of what my hair could look like. The salon itself is pretty much a girl's "free afternoon" fantasy. With the services they offer, I could spend all day there. Super clean, super chic, and everyone is service oriented. I had Kaylynn cut my hair. And it's actually a funny story because I stopped a woman in the nail salon a couple of months ago to comment on her hair. It was an amazing cut. She wrote down the name of the stylist, Kaylynn, and then of course I lost the paper. It was a coincidence that I had Kaylynn cut my hair, and loved it. A couple of days later I stumbled on the paper the woman wrote for me, and loved that I was able to have someone that I wanted to go see. My hair has a ton of box red in it, so I didn't have high expectations of what my color could look like. I wanted to go lighter, but back to my natural ashy color. The way Juliana tied in the highlights and balayage in addition to the toner she used gave me a completely different look without over processing. Asking what my goals were and explaining the process, we came up with a plan to get to my dream hair. But the steps in between I am incredibly happy with, too. Thank you Juliana & Kaylynn for embodying a service oriented salon. You clearly have created a raving fan. [and next time I promise I will post pics of your work!]By the way...the value for the price is outstanding. It is not going to be the cheapest you will find. I came in to Victoria's Salon about a week ago and saw Juliana for a kerastase treatment and blow out... The entire experience was stellar! The receptionist at the front desk was super nice, the atmosphere in the salon was on point, and Juliana did an amazing job on my hair. My hair usually takes stylists foreverr to dry because it is thick and a bit difficult to work with, but Juliana was able to wash, dry and style it in less than an hour!! My hair looked and even felt better than it has in the past when I've gone to other stylists. It was soo soft and manageable in the days to come... Dry shampoo was all I used (and needed) for like 5 days- I put off washing it because I didn't want to say goodbye to my perfectly smoothed out mane! Juliana's sweet and bubbly personality made my experience that much more enjoyable, I lovee someone who wants to chat while they're doing my hair! I got to leave with pretty locks, and had a fun time in her chair as a bonus :) I will definitely be returning to Juliana for my blow outs in the future, and am also considering coming to her for a Keratin before summer starts! Even though I'd travel great lengths to see Julianna for her hair magic-I'm so happy she hopped over the bay! Jules knows what's best for my hair, she always puts my health, lifestyle and the integrity of my hair first before making any big moves (if you have thin, fragile hair like me-this is a major factor) Jules has an eye-she does what and how to bring out the best qualities. I first started getting my hair done here about six years ago! I've gotten multiple services done here over the past few years and every time my experience was amazing! I moved out of town and have not been here for a few years. Recently I was in town visiting family and wanted a blow out. I decided to stop by here since I have  such positive memories from there! My stylist was Juliana and she was so amazing! It felt like I was talking to an old friend. I have very difficult hair. Very very curly and coarse. She gave me an amazing mask that made my hair feel silky smooth(which rarely ever happens since my hair is so coarse). Even my boyfriend was surprised at how soft and smooth it was. She worked serious magic on my hair! She listened to what I wanted and executed it perfectly. Whenever I get blow outs I usually have to go home and fix it because I'm a perfectionist. I did not have to do that after this one!! As well, it seriously feels like you're in a high end spa when you're there. Every part of the experience felt luxurious. Yesterday was my first time at Victoria's Salon. I have been getting my hair done by Juliana at a salon in SF for years and I've never been let down, so I followed her here to Victoria's! This last visit with her at Victoria's Salon was extra special. The salon is absolutely beautiful, the décor, lighting, everything is perfect. As soon as I got there Juliana gave me a tour, she showed me the waxing room, the makeup bar, color room etc. She then sat me down and asked what my goals were for my hair and what exactly I was hoping to achieve. I always trust her to make decisions with my hair so she ended up doing a full highlight, and a keratin treatment. I am so pleased with the outcome of my hair. I followed my colorist Juliana to Victoria's Salon. She's AMAZING and I wouldn't trust anybody else with my color. As a natural blonde as a kid, I find it hard to embrace my current brunette roots. Oh. My. God. I cannot say enough amazing things about Juliana. I've been wanting to start lightening up my hair for a while, but I'm SO picky about it. I was too scared to jump straight into blonde because of the damage it would do, but I've always avoided highlights because I'm terrified of it looking too stringy or too chunky. I mean let's face it, how many women do you see walking down the street looking like they just stepped out of a barn with straw sticking out of their head, or rocking the Kelly Clarkson look? Bad highlights are THE. WORST. But I decided to face my fears, and after an appointment with Jules- I could not possibly be more happy that I did! Not only did she give me the most beautiful, softly blended highlights, but she is the sweetest, most fun person to talk to! None of that awkward small talk with your stylist crap.
