I decided to get fit after my miscarriage that left my body shattered. I wear a headscarf and was really apprehensive about going to the gym with a head scarf. The first thing that struck me about Vicky was that she did NOT have the "uh oh shes wearing a headscarf" look on her face when she saw me. I get that look a lot!
She approaches you with no judgement and a sincere intent for your well being. Its visible in how she makes every rep count, from pressing on your sweaty back to activate the right muscles to holding your muddy sneakers to make sure you're knees keep the right angle. She isn't like other trainers who just kill time and count reps.
Shes constantly updating her skills and knowledge and sharing it with her clients. She is attentive to your issues and works her training plan accordingly. Thanks to her I now not only have greater awareness of how my food affects my body but also feel stronger and more in control of my life.
Her huge smile and positive attitude shines right through her. She goes through the trouble to arrange FREE, yes FREE boot camp classes for her clients and you even get to hang out with the rest of the girls from time to time.
With Vicky, going to the gym isn't about the gruesome torture that most people associate going to the gym with. Its hanging out with a great person and getting a great workout in the process.

Just completed my first week with Vicky and have to say I have enjoyed it! Being an older lady was very self-conscious about the whole gym thing, but Vicky has made all the difference to my confidence, could not recommend her highly enough, very professional, understanding and kind, pushes me when needed, provided me with a training plan and is with me 100 percent of the way, looking forward to the next 3 weeks!

When I met Victoria I was trying to fully recover from a serious injury that affected my body and my mind, and changed my life forever. I developed a distorted perception of my body which brought me to under-eat and think very low of myself.

I do mindset and body coaching too.
It is hard to change something in your body if your brain is not willing to change. They can't work in opposition. If you want a result that will be long lasting you need to unlearn-unwire your brain and relearn better patterns which will serve your health and your life.

There is no secret. You need to get the fundamentals going right. Keep it simple and keep your habits progressing and challenging.

I love to see people changing from inside and out. I love to see them succeeding toward their goals. It is an incredible feeling to see someone who didn;t like exercising before coming to the gym regularly with and without me too.

I have always been an overweight girl who had battled with depression, emotional eating , but changing exercising has changed me completely.
