Fabien tailors programmes to meet your current fitness levels (beginner to athlete) and help you reach your goals. Each week is varied and motivating. Highly recommend!

Fab helped me to train for a half marathon and got me in shape for my wedding. He's brilliant at designing a bespoke fitness programme that meets your needs and gets results! Went to this place which is conveniently located at the corner of Victoria Park for personal trainer sessions with Fab. Fab was great at designing a challenging circuit of different exercises which worked lots of different parts of the body, and helped us make noticeable improvements week-on-week. Fabien is an excellent personal trainer. He pays close attention to my personal fitness goals and provides me with plans that work within the constraints of my job/life. As a result I have significantly improved my 5K, 10K and HM PBs and I have become much stronger and fitter. He helps me enjoy my training - running or weights - and keeps me motivated. Fabien is an excellent fitness and running coach. The weekly strength and conditioning sessions have greatly improved my overall strength as well as my core stability and thanks to this I have been able to train hard and consistently for more than 18 months injury free! Fabien has also prepared very detailed training plans specific to my running objectives and I have been able to run personal bests in all distances. He has also advised on running races to enter to fit in with my training plans and he has always been very responsive, helpful and supportive when asking for specific advice. More...

I've been working out with Fabien for other a year now, doing strength and conditioning for runners in small groups. I had been getting injured as a runner and needed to improve my strength and technique. He's excellent, pushing me to my limits but takes feedback and adjusts training to cater for injuries and niggles. He's friendly, knowledgeable and flexible and works in a space with good facilities and equipment, and training changes week to week, to keep it interesting. We do a mix or weight training and general workout.My running and overall fitness has improved greatly over the year and I haven't had an injury since training with him. Highly recommended! More...

Victor is extremely knowledgeable and provides a clear focused coaching service. He listens carefully to what you want to achieve and is very good at providing interesting, varied and motivating work-outs. I wanted to strength train as a way of reducing or preventing injury from endurance running, an added benefit was seeing an improvement in my strength on the bike and being able to work harder than I have previously, all without niggles or injury. I think every runner/swimmer/cyclist should incorporate strength training into their programme, what ever the level. It's a good base for any sport and essential for injury prevention. More...

I started seeing Victor for strength and conditioning sessions to improve my running. I was just coming back from a 3 month injury at the time. Within 6 weeks I started to notice major improvements in the strength of my legs. Not just for running, but even for everyday activities such and cycling and climbing the stairs.I have been attending for several months now and have seen major changes in my running. I now engage all my leg muscles fully which seems to have improved my running form, my pace has increased whilst my perceived effort has dropped.
