We offer a Development Transformational Service. We do this by working with you to design development programmes that upskill and embed new skills and behaviours. From your information we will devise a suitable programme which may include training programmes, one to one coaching, mentoring programmes as well as different learning methods.

Starting my career in a fast paced organisation where we organised legal/financial conferences I gained the skills to produce many in-house events. Key skills are:

Delivering within budget
Working with stakeholders - obtaining buy-in, input
Producing high quality events that meet the requirements of the event
Looking at long term return on investment - eg. what needs to happen after the event to maintain buy-in
Managing external client relationships and ensuring our requirements are delivered
Involving employees in active parts of events - bringing greater buy-in

Facilitator can be either facilitating delegates (some may think of training). My approach is to provide some information but then to encourage delegates to think out of the box, share information and learn from each other.

Facilitation is excellent to develop teams and encourage openness.

I would also call this team coaching as have worked with teams where individuals behaviours were impacting on each other. As a result they are now more open and honest with each other and working so much better.
