With 25 Years with our current accountant, it was time consuming just trying to get hold of them, never returned our telephone calls and they had no knowledge of IT or computers. (Old School accountants) We searched two years ago to find an accountant who had IT Knowledge and systems experience, and good common sense, That's when we found Vicky & Shane Vicky came to visit us at our offices, where we agreed to change to Vicky & shane, However on viewing our accounts, both Vicky & Shane found issues with our HMRC records and overpayments.They both spent amount of time reviewing 5 years accounts and putting right what the old accountant had done, we received a repayment back from them of over £5k in overpayments which they had held, and fixed our HMRC Records which we also received a refund from HMRC. Bookkeeping
We can handle all of your bookkeeping needs, whether it is creating and sending sales invoices, matching customer payments, inputting purchase invoices and expense receipts right through to reconciling the bank accounts. We can take PDF/physical statements or CSV downloads and work through them, matching them to sales and purchase invoices, adding other entries and discussing queries with you.
Did you know from April 2019 you won't just be able to log onto HMRC website and submit your VAT returns? Most VAT registered businesses will need some sort of accounting software (probably cloud based) to be able to submit their returns accurately and on time.
As part of our packages we can help you keep up to date with your accounts on a monthly basis, you will get an idea of what VAT you will owe at the end of the quarter, and we can check your VAT and submit on your behalf.
Real Time Reporting & Business Advice
How would you like a quarterly meeting with a bookeeper who knows your business? Someone who can talk you through your business goals and how we can get you to reach them? If you come to me and my team, we can do this for you!
With cloud based accounting software we can also teach you how to access basic but essential business figures at the touch of a button!
Tax Returns & Company Accounts
As part of our packages we can submit your Corporate or Personal Tax Assessment and let you know what tax you owe HMRC. If you are working with real time business figures, you will also know how much profit you are making so won't get any nasty surprises when Tax Return time comes around.
We can also submit your Annual Company Accounts to Companies House, which is another weight off your mind.
If you are self employed and have a low transaction level, we can do special packages just for you.
Payroll & CIS
Payroll has a lot of HMRC legislation that has to be kept on top of. I can process your weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payroll and leave you to get on with running your business. I am trained in RTI and pension auto-enrollment, and if you have a construction business I can do your CIS returns for your subcontractors.
Quickbooks Online Training
Do you do your own day to day bookkeeping, but feel unsure whether you are using quickbooks correctly?
Are you new to quickbooks and want a training session to show you the basics?
Are you a regular quickbooks user, but want to know how to get more out of it in terms of reporting and how you can account for different sectors of your business?
I can train you and your staff on site in your office, anywhere in the country . Alternatively, if you do not have a fixed office, I can hire a meeting room and bring the equipment for the training.
I will work with you to provide a bespoke package for you and your business, that fits what you want to get out of Quickbooks Online.
