What do you love most about your job?
What I love most is tough to say as I wear so many hats as an entrepreneur, filmmaker, editor, and photographer. If I were to be selfish it would be the diversity in doing something different everyday, from various types of work in complexity, scope, audience, markets of delivery.
However, nothing beats when you understand a clients thoughts, when they may not even know what they want just yet; and you step away from a discussion and come back with a visual product. It's like you took their dreams and in a dropbox link you deliver them a new baby, a product with the message, something with legs to help them reach their goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love videography and editing even before I went to Montclair State University for my degree in Broadcasting and Production. After 8 years rising from production assistant of a busy start-up pharmaceutical advertising production company, to Senior Editor and Post-Production Manager of a Fortune 500 company, my first job at Dazmedia was finally feeling the effects of tail of recession.
All that was left was the CEO and myself, he let everyone else go but still had a few projects. He closed doors and I began freelancing finishing those last few jobs. Clients asked if I could continue to service them and with the CEO's blessing my Vicious Productions was on its way.

I'm a jack of all trades who is just as comfortable working independently as leading or on a team; and master of the process from production to post with an with an eye for aesthetics, a brain for budgets and social media, and an ear ready for feedback.
Videography
Full-time freelancer, acting as support to post houses and agencies as well as direct to clients in various industries such as Verizon, and Mars Chocolate.
Expertise in lighting, shooting and editing corporate, documentary, event, greenscreen, narrative, product demo, interview, fashion and social media content.
Shoot 4k with Sony FS7 and various Canon lenses.
Video Editing
Non-Linear video editing in Adobe Premiere, and FCP 7, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, and compression for various deliveries in any format.
