We hired Nestor to help us with my wife's green card case. Nestor is a great attorney at a great price. He was $3000 less than other immigration attorneys we interviewed. We recommended him to my brother in law and he has success in his journey to a green card. All in all it took us 2 and a half years for our case. It could've been sooner but I took my time with the case. If you are very proactive you could have it done sooner. I've had two different lawyers work on my case. I came to Nestor Vicario when I felt that once again my current lawyer wasen't helping me much on getting legal permanent residency. I explained to him my situation and he was by far the most knowledgeable, organized and professional immigration attorney I've met. He explained to me the process in a way I could also understand. He even called me from time to time to make sure that I was collecting the documents he needed in a timely manner. I was probably his worse client, because I procrastinated a lot. My husband and I approached Nestor in September 2015, just wanting a little bit of information and what the immigration process would be. From the first meeting we were impressed with Nestor's attention to detail, promptness and experience. Michael and I discussed what avenue we wanted to take and approached Nestor in the new year to hire him. He was very helpful in describing what we would need to organize for our case. We applied in April and was expecting a 6 month process, however due to luck and Nestor's hard work, our process took 4 ! He was helpful through the whole experience, his availability was great, replying to emails with an hour to a couple days/a week at most. My husband had heart surgery during our case and Nestor went above and beyond to come to our apartment and prepare us for our interview. I would recommend Nestor everyday to people inquiring about an immigration lawyer !!Edit: My husband and I have been waiting over a month for the return of our documents. We were also promised an information packet, with information on how my husband and I can reapply for my permanent residency in just over a year and a half, we have not yet received this information yet.
