As previously written a negative review, which still stands. This company is in my opinion useless. I would Not recommend. I have spoken to many of their employees, the only one who to me deserves recognition is Jody Griffiths. As also previously stated I am still awaiting my refund of lost food due to the negligence of one of their electricians. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks. I hope Dan Kittow the managing director is also taking this on board. I have been ignored for over a week, no one calls back or responds. How can this company still be running with such an appalling service??? I need action taken ASAP. Which I have explained to Michelle Tobia, who also assured me that I will get refunded, but I am still awaiting. No doubt a bad review will get responded to much quicker, then when it involves refunded a customer for money they are owed by this company. I suggest to Dan Kittow your company is and in my opinion not at the heart of its customers but more about how much money you make. Most companies tell you the customer is first because they want your service, money, but when it comes to the reality it’s really about what they can get from you, your money..Do not be misguided by the jargon on these company websites as believe me it’s all words that mean nothing in the end...Let’s see what happens next... As a response to your comments. A company is very quick to respond to a bad review, only wish you were like that with the service you give. You are misguided. I was not informed that it would take 5 to 7 days working day to compensate me. I was told it would take 3 days from Monday 1st February. Today is Thursday 11th, I am still awaiting my compensation. Secondly no one in your company informed me that they could come out the next day to rectify the shower. If that was the case according to you then I would have done that. I suggest you take a in depth look at the telephone conversations, which I assume are recorded. It took over a week. As previously mentioned this could of been dealt with sooner by one of your own engineers. If you are going to run a company accept the bad reviews and do something positive about it. Also get your facts right before responding. This also adds to the fact how badly this company is being run. So to anyone who decides to use your company check out the reviews first. No one wants bad press but it happens. I would not recommend you myself. This all boils down to money and loosing customers. That’s what all companies are interested in. But you fail to realise without good customer service you will always loose out in the end. So take a hard look at what your company are doing and make the necessary changes to improve it. Proud to be working with vibrant as working within my own desired time. No pressure or headache. Scheduling Agent, Managers and IT deptt is very helpful and response very quickly. Give regular continuous work by managing the proper time and route schedule. Most of the time correspondence with Natasha Pritchard and she is very helpful and provide proper guidance whenever require and understand the work related issue and problem and resolve efficiently. I worked with many other organisation and left due to their improper management and a lot of pressure. Love to work with vibrant. More...

I have been working for Vibrant since September last year. What a great few months I've had. From the start i felt supported and appreciated for the hard work I do. I face plenty of challenges daily, however this is what I love about my job. From my MD down to my staff I love each and everyone of them, they support you through the good and the tough times and you never face anything difficult alone. I've been working for Vibrant for 3 months now and I have loved it from the beginning. I really enjoy the fast pace of the job, never a dull moment! If i hadn't of been willing to work hard at the start of my time here to learn all the new things that were part of my job role, learn from my mistakes and make it my priority that I always made sure customers were ending the call happy I imagine I would now be one of the ex employees from Vibrant leaving bad reviews ...... I felt very welcome immediately by every member of staff at every level and have become to love everyone in our Diary team :-) ...... I have worked for Vibrant Energy for over two years - and even though i have ups and downs - this is expected in a fast paste ever growing environment - Its how the company, managers and my colleagues supports me through the downs and celebrates the highs that truly makes vibrant a great place to work. the support we get here is the office and the support we have from our team of assessors is second to none.
