Had a massage here today off Jo, I would highly recommend! She personalised the massage to me and targeted the pain. Techniques used were really good, very relaxing atmosphere and lovely staff. 10/10

I've just been in to get my nails done and I must admit the quality here is amazing, by far the best I’ve been to in Carlisle. Staff are very professional and friendly, very easy to get on with and really know what they are doing. the place is really nice and modern, you feel very looked after. I've been going to Vibralife for a few months now and can honestly say it's fantastic! It's not the cheapest place in Carlisle but you get what you pay for - quality beauticians quality treatments and fantstic facilities. Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else now as I know I can trust them to do a great job every time and the level of serviice here is excellent, recommend to all! More...

A really fantastic health club can't be faulted - The staff are absolutely superb, the short 25 mins sessions are great fun and on top of that I've got the best results I've ever had. I've been going to the sands for the past few months but dont like how busy it can get and it gets really boring quickly, at Vibralife there are only 7 people in a class at its busiest and there's always a personal trainer close by to help out which is great. This gym's moto is 'a gym that thinks outside the box', and it couldn't fit any better! They've made exercise fun again for me. I used to go to Bannatynes but just doing the same thing over and over again got boring very quickly. I stopped going but kept paying for my membership. Now I go all the time to Vibralife and look forward to every visit. Great health club! More...
