Thanks for your review Steve, whilst accurate in places, it's in-accurate in others. First and foremost, you haven't paid for your work in full, there are 3 outstanding invoices, the most recent being due on 19th April meaning all 3 are overdue by at least a week. I had served you notice of termination on the 19th April after your personal attack on me (not my work) and threatening behaviour via WhatsApp giving you 11 days to settle your bills and move on. The reason for your personal attack was my failure to provide you with Facebook Adverts, a service Viable Design do not officially offer, in a timely fashion due to other workload, but I agreed to it for you because you were struggling yourself. Instead, you attempted an underhand migration of the website which I intercepted, hence you being on 'sour grapes', and consequently, yes, your admin access has been removed. At the time of writing this response, your website remains live and fully funcitonal, and will do until 30th April in accordance with what you have paid for in hosting. Once I have received full payment for my work, I will release all the files to you, as explained in my email on the 19th. I've used the example how you as a garage hold customer's cars against their invoices, this is just the same. Knowing you personally, I know how you use review tools as a weapon of choice when in disputes, of which you have abnormally large amount of them, and so any readers of this review should take on board my other reviews, some of which were left by you, for example: 10th Feb 2021: "Zoom design work live on the fly. Wel, when you get such a personal service, and your able to work alongside on zoom, it was like I was able to and assist with the design you almost feel like your doing it yourself, limiting alterations and reducing time, getting design work perfect every time. Not always possible but when you want to be closely involved I found this for me was a special touch. Much appreciated for your last piece or design work.
