as a Floridian and someone who lives in a hospitality town, I know that being nice to tourists can be hard. Apparently not for Veza Sur. We showed up a few minutes before they opened. A server saw us and apologized (like, what? We were the weirdos lurking). They asked us to come in a peruse the menu and chat about what we wanted while waiting for them to open. I thought this was a trick. We chatted with several associates and even a manager about the area, where we should have lunch and the history of the space. Not only was all the beer great (I'm finding this a rarer occurrence with breweries these days) all their recommendations for what to do in the neighborhood were spot on. I've suggested it to several friends going to Wynwood. Great job team! More...

Had a great time here. It was joees birthday so they gave us a free tasting flight of 4 beers and let joee take a free 32oz growler of her favorite beer to go! Awesome!

Veza sur is so much fun ! Its more like a bar than a brewery. Its very cute, but get there early as seating can be limited. Their beers are delicious. I recommend ordering the flight where you can try 4 homemade beers for only $10-12.  Very nice spot in wynwood that wont break the bank. They also have soccer games on the projector screen. More...

I have been into Veza Sur about 10 times now, and every time I go in I remember why I love this place so much.  The atmosphere in the brewery is always outstanding and very fun, the beer selection is great and almost everything I've tried I like, and they have one of the best food trucks I've tried in Miami - ChiFa!For beers, I definitely prefer something heavier, so I have been going with the Arroz con Mango and the Gator Ale lately, both of which are great! The nice part about Veza Sur is that they have something for almost any palette!  The Toronjipa (Orange IPA) is a home run, and if you like something really light and refreshing (or even if you don't) you HAVE to check out the Choppes!  They're like 40% foam and 60% beer, but don't let that fool you... you can drink the foam! It's hard to stop at 1 or 2, so beware. The single best part about this place this that from 4-7 Tues-Thurs you can go in for Happy Hour and get $2 Choppes, and on Friday from 4-7 you can get $3 any beer! It's an absolute steal for some of the best craft beer that I've had in Miami.Oh, and I can't forget to mention how great the staff are!  The bartenders are all very friendly and open, and we have quickly made friends with a few different members of the staff.  I can't say enough great things about Veza Sur!! I absolutely loved this spot! From the decor to the beer selection, Veza Sur was nothing short of fantastic! I really liked the vibe of this brewery. The wall behind the bar was covered in dark wood crates containing all different types of greenery/plants and Knick knacks! The signage for the beers was bold and colorful, with a small picture for each beer. The names of the beers are creative and the selection is extensive! We sat inside at the bar, but there is a really cool patio style outside seating area with a permanent food truck. We had already eaten but the smell of the fresh food cooking was making me want to eat again! My personal favorite item was the beer slushee! This was extremely refreshing and light. It was perfect of a Sunday afternoon. They have so many beers to choose from that I had to do a flight afterwards to make sure I tried a decent amount of their brews! I also really enjoyed the coffee porter. They will do a coffee porter flan shot where the porter is topped with a flan flavored foam. I was too full to try that, but I would certainly go back just to check that out!Overall, the vibe and the wide selection of beers make Veza Sur a must do when in the Wynwood area. We actually drove down from Ft Lauderdale to check it out and I plan to come back! Great beers, service, and atmosphere! More...

Definitely a cool vibe here. I first came here about a week after moving to Miami and had a great time. The flights and beers were decently priced. I'm a fan of the mangolandia beer. The outdoor seating a casual and good for large groups. I also returned during their 2 year anniversary party and had a great time. There was live music and food trucks and games. I will definitely be back. More...

This Brewery was absolutely amazing. We had a tour of the brewery and learned a lot, got a free beer at the end of it. We were there for ladies night and chose to do the beer and chocolate pairing. And MAN it didn't disappoint!! Absolutely delicious beer and chocolate. They had a food truck on site with delicious food. Not one complain about this place. Definitely worth checking it out in Wynwood More...

We decided to check out this brewery when we drove by Vera Sur. I'm glad we did, they have a great selection of beer and they also serve food. There's plenty of seating and outside as well. The ambience is super chill. Our bartender was very informative about the beer choices and attentive. If it's your first time there, I recommend doing the flight to get a feel of what kind of beer you like. I look forward to trying more of their selections! More...

This place was so much fun! It was our first time and a fun event at this brewery in Wynwood and Kayla our bartender was the nicest person and really made the experience amazing. We did two flights and got to taste a few others. Ask for her. She knew so much about the company and their beers and I highly recommend this place. Love the musics the Spanish vibes and reggae tone. Can't wait to go back! Thank you Kayla :) More...

Very cool place to grab a flight of beers with your date and friends!! Love the chalk board of rotating drafts. I was sad to see no non alcoholic options aka kombucha :( but all good in the hood. I love the ambiance. They have indoor and outdoor seating available with a taco truck outside and a few life sized games like Jenga and connect four! It can get a bit crowded and challenging finding a table for two or more so be prepared to stand or wait for a group to leave! More...

Great place for a soccer game, especially a Colombia game. I went to watch a Colombia soccer match on a Saturday afternoon. We got a table outside. I am not going to lie, it was hot (July in Miami), but they had giant fans that made it bearable. The ambiance was awesome, and they played Colombian music and everyone danced during breaks. The food (they have an "asado" or grill out on weekends) was delicious; I dont like beer and was excited to see creative beer cocktails. The only downside is that they could have used a bit more staff for a game day, and it would take a while to get a drink, and also the grill was a bit slow. So, speed could have been better, but they get a pass because it was all delicious, and it was game day, which is always difficult to manager. I will definitely go again. More...

I really liked the cool vibe this place had to offer. They had a variety of seating options and great music. Also, there were lots of beer options. We opted for a couple of flight, so we could taste what this place had to offer. We really enjoyed their sour beer and their coffee ones as well. I would also try there flamingo beer. And get this, it's pink. If you're hungry grab some bites. We had the lomo and popcorn shrimp. The portions are small so order a few things if you're really hungry. I would go back for sure. More...

Another fabulous afternoon attending a local brewery.  We walked here after perusing Wynwood Walls and man was it hot!  Thankfully fans, refreshing cold water and beer as well as a DJ cranking some nice tunes helped usher us in.  Mayla was also dancing with a few of the patrons but mostly running away from dad.  What makes this place different from other breweries is the beer cocktails including an array of beer options. I enjoyed their Seasonal Michelada which is a drink made with beer, lime juice, piquant seasonings, and sometimes tomato juices (unlimited for $15).  Nicole had their Mangolandia which is a Mango infused blonde ale, yummy.  We also ordered a couple of bites from Chi-Fa, the permanent food truck who were grilling meat of which we chose their juicy short rib and chorizo to which we added regular fries.  It was all delish! While the music was a tad loud it was also really just perfect to relax and take in all the action around us.  Everyone was super kind to Mayla. This place is also dog friendly, which is a plus for all your dog lovers. More...

I visited Veza Sur this weekend while celebrating my sister's bachelorette in Miami Beach. We were all ecstatic with the ambiance and super cool vibes. The DJ was great and food was delish from their on site food truck. I especially wanted to share this review because of the exemplary service from our server, Kayla. She was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for us from beginning to end. Veza Sur was, for the record, the first Miami Brewery into which I'd ever set foot. Two things stood out: First, the set-up of the brewery, allowing for relaxing outdoor seating with a mishmash of sofas, chairs, crates, and giant fans to cool you off, combined with indoor seating that featured, yes, air conditioning. On top of that Veza Sur integrates the graffiti prevalent and a hallmark fo the Wynwood neighborhood. Lastly, they do those funky "chopi" beers, which are great if you like foam, great even if you don't because at $2 each (during happy hour) why on Earth complain? My GF and I had spent our first night in Miami in South Beach, which has its charms, but is also way touristy and consequently, way spendier. Veza Sur then was a welcome local spot to chill and savor Miami. As an added bonus, it's walking distance to other great breweries in the neighborhood. In conclusion, if you want lively atmosphere, good beer and variety, and a spot reflecting the non-tourist Miami, Veza Sur is a fine starting point. This brewery is amazing, mostly because the staff is amazing...namely Kiki. I was treated like a guest of honor from the moment I stepped foot inside. I was showered with hospitality, had delightful conversation with Kiki and she still gave the same incredible service to the other patrons at the bar. All in all the beer they brew here is fantastic. I am particularly fond of La Yuma and the coffee porter. I had a wonderful time. Another great aspect of the staff here, is that they are also very supportive of the other neighboring breweries. Loved the bartender attention with us, she offered us different beers and micheladas. I had a mango beer (so far one of the best fruity beers I've tried) and a house michelada, it was ok, it should be spicier, but in general it was ok. I wanna come back to try more beers. Nice place! More...

Nice local brewery! I went with some friends to watch a soccer game and we had a great time. Unfortunately they were playing music instead of broadcasting the actual soccer game, but nonetheless we made the most of it and had a great time.  We got to try the flight of beers and it was a pretty good deal.  I didn't like all options, but I would definitely get the sampler next time.  Lulo was awfully sour, the picante tasted like pico de gallo, which I do really enjoy, but with chips, no so much as a drink! The tangerine beer was delicious and so was the peachy! The chaufa food truck is good, but feels like the portions are way too small.  We tried two dishes and they were not even worth being described as bite size. I probably would eat before going to Vezazur next time! More...

I've been going to Veza Sur a lot lately. Almost every week...LOL  I like coming on Sundays when it's a little slow. I could sit at the bar and get noticed quickly by the servers to take my order. The beer selection here is lighter and more on the tropical side compared to other breweries in Wynwood. I love the beer cocktails called "Mango No" and of course the Micheladas. The presentation is beautiful and always refreshing. They do have high abv beer as well like the Arroz Con Mango or La Curita Imperial or if you're not sure what to get, just order a beer flight (4 for $12) and the bartenders will also label each sample so you can remember on your next visit. The pints and snifters cost about $7 or less. It's pretty much standard across the board along with other breweries. The other good thing about this brewery is the food truck called Chifa. You can order from the bar and they will bring the food to you when ready. Super convenient and also the food is pretty tasty. I recommend the Chi Fa Shrimp, Camarones and Lomo Anticuchos. They're about $10 each.I'll keep coming back to Veza Sur, I always have a good time here whether with friends or solo. More...

I really like this brewery, great variety of beers and cocktails (beer based) Get the flight if you want to try different flavors and then order your favorite. The place is nicely decorated and they have an outside area with tables and food trucks. When it rains they just close the ceiling and you are good to go! You can order the food from your table and they will bring to you from the food truck. We ordered the mushroom and chicken bowls and they were good but I have to say portions are really small.Service was great, I ordered my bowl with no cheese and the server went above and beyond to put the sauces on the side just in case I was lactose intolerant which was really nice of her.Music is really good, a little loud if you want to talk but great ambiance with live DJ. We were there to watch a soccer game and even though they had the DJ we were able to sit in front of the screen and enjoy the game. When there is no DJ I think they do have the sound on to watch the games. This is a must try if you are in the Wynwood area! More...

Awesome location in Wynwood near all other bars and clubs. The beer selection is vast, entertaining, colorful in every sense, and on point as far as flavors go. I love the fact that this is a brewery but has a lounge vibe, with big fans, DJ set, comfy seating. They have a huge space that allows for a food truck as well if you want to have some food along with the craftbeer they offer. They also have cocktails made with some of the craftbeers they offer. Pricing is great and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this fairly new brewery if you're in for a good time with some tasty beers. Heads up, try the lulo sour! More...

Fantastic ambiance, delicious drinks, and friendly/fun staff. Veza Sur is always our last stop on our own brewery tour of Wynwood. It's almost like saving the best for last. All the breweries are special in their own way, but Veza Sur goes above and beyond with their entertaining staff and delicious drinks. Right when you walk in you feel at home.I went this past weekend and Kayla Divis kept us entertained and laughing throughout our time there. She also recommended a mixed drink which turned out to be quite delicious. I'm not one to mix drinks with beers, but it was very refreshing (if only I could remember the name, something that had Lulu sour in it). One of my favorite beers is the Lulu sour. Veza Sur is a cool place in Wynwood to have events or just get drunk at the bar. It's hard to choose what is the best part about this place because everything seems just about right or on par. The location is great, just behind the Wynwood Walls, the layout is fantastic (it has a pretty perfectly balanced in door and outdoor seating and flow pattern) and the staff were friendly and talkative. While I didn't specifically try any food options here, I was blown away by not only the selection of beers, but the quality. I also highly appreciated the Anthony Bourdain tribute "No reservations" IPA.I enjoyed how the staff were engaging while I waited for my friends to arrive and even when I went to pay. The service was fast and the bathrooms were clean. Nothing better for an event or a hangout. Or if you're going it alone, just to chill at the bar. This place gets 5 stars because:1: location location location!2: awesome layout perfect for seamless mingling, hanging out, or events.3: Super friendly staff4: clean bathrooms.5: great beer selection. Great ambiance, live DJ, local brewery, and great place to chill and actually be able to listen to one another. He such a great year they have you they also had amazing appetizers definitely try the steak the shrimp has killed it taste so good you might want to actually become a vegan, if meat didn't taste so good of course. Have the mango con arroz (it's a beer) and it's amazing.  Various beers from lager to IPA's. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Don't know what to drink?  Ask the bartender, cause they will recommend the right beer for you. Feel like dancing?  You are in the right place. The live DJ knows how to pump up the crowd. It brings me a lot of joy to share my thoughts on this incredibly delicious and notoriously beautiful brewery. If you're looking for a nice place to grab a local craft beer in the south Florida region, then add Veza Sur to your list, because they've got some of the best cerVeza in the sunny southern state! What led me to Veza Sur was my flowing curiosity, I was shocked by the Latin inspired named of the business and I wanted to see what they were all about.Talk about a lovely environment! Veza Sur gives you that feeling that you're really drinking beer in Florida, yet not far away from home. I knew I was in the right place when I walked through the doors and felt a burst of good energy consume me. However if you're looking to sit outdoors, Veza Sur has a vast open space just for you.The bar is amply space out, so guests have plenty of room to stretch out and have a beer. There are a huge variety of beers on tap! And the best part is thay Veza Sur cans and bottles their brews! So if you want to take home some of Miami's finest brews, then you are in luck! I would surely recommend Veza Sur to anyone looking for a nice local craft drinking experience. Be ready to mingle! Lots of people come to this joint. More...

Finally made it out to Veza Sur on Saturday. Arrived around 6pm with a group of friends to enjoy some great beers and chill. Once we arrived we noticed how busy it was inside and out. We were lucky to find a table inside near the corner. Our waitress Paxtyn came over, introduced herself, and was very friendly, informative, and kept checking in on us even though it was busy. She helped my wife and friend figure out some great choices for their flights. The vibe is so cool and the beers are insane. Each one was delicious. We ordered several rounds of the "No Reservation", "Spanglish" and Arroz con Mango. I noticed a few patrons ordering beer cocktails which looked really good. I'll get one next time for sure. Not only was the beers on point, there was the Chifa food  truck located on the premises which was serving some amazing food. We ordered the Alitas and ChiFa Shrimp. We scrapped the plates just to say lol. They have some really cool decor and offer merchandise for purchase. They have cool outdoor games to play as well. The music playing is good as you sip your cold beer. I will definitely be back as it has become my favorite brewery thus far. Pricing is very reasonable for drinks and food. Top notch Veza!!!! This is my second favorite Miami brewery, behind J Wakefield.  These guys make some excellent beer, and there is a great pan-Asian food truck on premises that makes some searingly spicy noodles (oh, they are so worth the pain).Compared to J Wakefield, these guys make more quaffable session beers.  Veza Sur's sours have a little tang but are more drinkable than the ultra-tart fruit bombs that their rivals make.  Their coffee porter also hits the spot. Very nice full service brewery!  They have a huge connect four game, great sound system, music was nice. More importantly, huge selection of quality craft brews. The menu didn't suck either. Lots of food choices.  Udon noodles were a hit.  They also had a shrimp dish. There was a big group of us and everyone was pleased. I'll be back. More...

Easily my favorite spot in Miami. Especially on Tuesdays for their sweet $3 beer happy hour. The beer is great, the ambiance is uplifting and the entire staff is fantastic. When you go make sure to find Gus behind the bar (bearded guy, usually with a hat on). He is definitely the best bartender I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. Knows what I like, tops me up before I even knew I needed another round! Friendly guy, good for advice if you want to know where to go and what to do in and around Miami. I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this guy. Now this doesn't knock the rest of the staff, they're all excellent. For instance, Jeff, the tapping manager, is always there and always ready to have a conversation with a smile. If you want to try some of the best local Miami brewing has to offer, complimented with a sweet atmosphere and welcoming staff, Veza Sur is the spot for you. If you hate having fun and drinking good beer then go somewhere else! More...

I was visiting my friend in Miami this past weekend and I had her take me to her favorite place, Veza Sur. The food was pretty good, but what really made our experience so special was our server Paxton. Not only do I dine out often, but I have been working in the restaurant business for over 10 years and I've never experienced such impeccable service. She truly went above and beyond with her service and I can't wait to come back on my next visit. We will of course be requesting Paxton's section!!! 10/10 More...

At first I thought it was going to be a new spot with frou-frou ass beer critics snap chatting their beer...Pero brooo! Super super cool spot!!! I would have never gone had friends not already planned it prior and I'm so glad it went down like that. All kinds of diff people there. The staff!!!! Super super cool people I legit felt like some of them were my friends which was very welcoming! The food thoooooo legit EPIC. This one lady that works there suggested something for me and I can't even remember what it was but I remember feeling soooo content with all the flavors I got!Separate occasion...I celebrated my 31 birthday here and I couldn't have been more content with everything!!! The process was super simple, I was guided by Javier on how to go about it since it was about 30 people. Showed up and was immediately taken care of. Kayla and Diana took care of my party and damn it were they extra on point! Kind, helpful and just great vibes from the both of them all night! The food, sweet baby Jesus the food!!!EPIC!!!! I'm so so grateful to have decided on this place for my birthday! It was a very important bday for me so having the service we did made it all that much more special! Thank you!!! More...

Loved the look of it as soon as we walked in. Perfect balance of laid back and urban. We checked out a few places in Wynwood today since it was too rainy for the beach and this was definitely our fave! Staff greeted us immediately and was super friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the many breweries that Wynwood has and its a pretty great one. You definitely get like an island vibe from this place as soon as you come in. They have a pretty large outdoor seating are which has tables and couches for different party sizes. The service outside is pretty quick, with a server coming to us almost as soon as we sat down and took our order. Since this was our first time here, I always like to order a flight of beers just to get a taste and see what I like. The flights were $10 for 4 5oz beers, which is usually the average price. I usually get beers with high ABV and this place had a good selection of them! All of their beers have a tropical vibe and name to them. The four I chose for my flight were:Arroz con Mango 10% ABVBelgian Gator Ale  9.2% ABVNo Reservations IPA 7.5% ABVTorinjipa IPA 7.5% ABVMy fave was definitely the Arroz con Mango one, which I think is pretty popular because when I went back a week later, they were out for like another week. The music is chill with a DJ playing some great music, but you're still able to hold a conversation. The inside bar is pretty cool and has a cool bar backdrop and they also have some of their beers that you can buy to enjoy at home. If you're in the Wynwood area, stop by and you won't regret it! As someone who tours breweries all over the county I can tell there is money pouring into Wynwood, if only by the high start up cost breweries I visited this week. Veza Sur is on that list.  I had a Trigo IPA and she had a Pim Pam Pom sour. Both above average. I would say $7 a beer is on the higher range but they clearly have a lot invested in the facility. When we walked up, I knew we'd be spending a lot of time here. The beautiful art on the walls outside is just the start, the inside decor is very Island-vibey and the beer keeps on going with the theme. They also have a food truck in their outdoor area and you can order directly from your bartender/server. We started with a flight and quickly realized that we wouldn't be satisfied with just that so we ordered a few more rounds. Their beers are crisp, full of flavor, and refreshing in the Miami heat. In the center they have a DJ spinning old skool hiphop and a mix of today's music. Tables and couches are in the middle and you can reserve a spot for a big group. The food was really good! We tried the udon noodles with chicken and ordered 10 of there chicken wings. My favorite beer was the arroz con mango. I did try the other beers and I wasn't a fan. Island Vibes.  This best describes this brewery.  I actually love everything about this place and everything about its beer. The theme of Veza Sur is tropical.  Basically their theme and beers revolve around a tropical theme that compliment Miami's hot weather perfectly.  I've seen them so many times at beer festivals but never have gone to their place.  Finally made it.  We walked into a packed night.  It was Saturday night and it seemed like this was the happening spot.  The girl in the front told us there was a band playing there tonight but we got there in time.  We went in and went straight to the bar.  Had problems ordering since it was so packed but we made it happen.  My hubby had to pee but the line was crazy.  I am assuming they only have single restrooms?  We didn't find out because we didn't make the line.Beer: I went with the Arroz con Mango while my mans got La Yuma.  Both tasted great.  Mine was refreshing yet still on the heavy side. La Yuma was light in taste with a dark finish.  Both great beers. We luckily found some seats on a bench and were able to relax and enjoy the beer while people watching.  Right in the same area there was also a food truck where you can grab munchies.  I am not sure if its an everyday thing but it was there that night! I will return for sure to this place.  Its my kind of vibe.  Hopefully come on a day that is not so crazy! More...

I love everything about Veza Sur! Located in the heart of Wynwood - this is by far the most Miami of breweries. Their slogan "Hecha en Miami" is highlighted by the tropical decor you are welcomed by all around. My favorite place to post up is the bar. It's like rustic home meets island vibes all at once. They have a daily happy hour featuring Chopp - which is a smaller pour of beer for just $2! Sign me up!My go to is the spanglish, which is their lager, but they have so many other fun and tasty beers on tap. If you grab a flight, you can try four before you decide on your real pour. The first time I ordered a flight here I discovered their Mango beer - which is PHENOMENAL. Their lulo sour is also quite tasty. That's what I love about Veza Sur - they are unapologetically Miami and serve up tropical vibes in their beer while still paying homage to some classic brewery finds like porters and IPAs.They also have phenomenal Michelada's. I believe they pickle their own peppers for these, and they are so refreshing on a hot summer day (or any day in Miami, let's be honest).Veza Sur is a great place to grab a beer and hang out. The staff is always really friendly and helpful in helping you find your next favorite beer. They also have free wifi - which makes this a nice spot in Wynwood to get some work done, too! More...

Loved this brewery! I came by myself and sat at the corner of the bar and ordered a flight to start. All of the beers were delicious! I started chatting up a friendly couple sitting next to me who were charging their phones on the bar. I said, did you get that charger here? They sId, sure did! How amazing. More bars need to have portable chargers!Anyway, place was pretty crowded on a Saturday afternoon, but not so packed you couldn't move. They had board games available to use and a solid indoor and outdoor space. I didn't order any food, but the food did look tasty. The bartender Jimmy was super sweet and very friendly. I am an avid craft beer drinker. My least favorite types are IPAs, stouts, and sours. My favorites are belgians and lagers for their flavors. I will drink anything though. This is truly the best craft beer joint in Miami because they have many amazing beers. I've only been here for drinks, but I am pretty sure they don't really serve food. The flights are really nice if you want to try a lot of beers and not get drunk, but warning that some of these beers are soo good that a flight of one may not be enough. both latin lagers are amazing. Mango blonde is GREAT but not too mango-y which is a good thing. Belgian gator ale is THE BEST because it is both delicious and very alcoholic. I could easily have three of those. I always have a great experience at Veza. Tend to always go with my pup Luna so dog friendly is always a bonus with me. Not only are they dog friendly but most of the servers and mine in specific are always so nice to her which is always great making a dog mommy happy :) Now the beers are everything! I got the mangolandia which was superb! I usually get the Lulu something but it was out tonight. Anyhow mango was great option. Boyfriend ordered the arroz con mango that was a bit heavier and sweeter. Not my choice since I usually lean towards a more sour option. Now the food!!!! Chifa was the food truck (I think it changes after months first I had the bao truck) anyways ordered the Tataki. On a scale of 1-5 I say 10!! Let's start with the fact I HATE kale but crunchy Kale is a game changer! It was so delicious it was devoured within seconds and the tuna was so fresh and savory. Veza Sur is such a cute bar and it's located in Wynwood. Went for an event and I was instantly drawn to the decor of the whole place. There's outdoor/indoor seating and the entire wall behind the bar was decorated with different books, accessories, plants, and games (they have What Do You Meme). Outside there are fans with benches and seats to enjoy some food from the food truck under the lights from the outdoor section. We had a beer flight and the beer, personally for me, was a hit or miss. There was some that was delicious and some that just wasn't for me. Also, when I tried to go up to the bar to pay it took quite some time for someone to attend me. Some of the employees saw me and just walked by obviously knowing that I had a question for them. Why 5 stars? Because my flight was full of goodness.   ---   ---   ---It's rare for me to order a flight and genuinely like every single beer. Usually there's one outlier, but this flight was 4/4 on the awesome scale. My favorite of the bunch was the Mango Blonde Ale. I could drink this beer every day for the rest of my life - it was truly perfect. I also tried the Guava Sour, the Arroz Con Mango and the El Gaucho Raucho Rauchbier. All of them went down easy, and next thing you knew, I found myself buzzed in the middle of the afternoon. It's amazing what four small glasses of beer can do to a person. The brewery itself is a thing of beauty. As soon as you walk in, you find yourself wanting to be here on a regular basis. The wall behind the bar is decorated in a way that's different from every other brewery I've ever been to. It feels more like a coffee shop or even a furniture store more than a brewery. And our bartender, whose name escapes me, could not have been more pleasant and helpful, walking us through our tough decision-making process of which beers to order. I really like this place not only for the unique flavors of beer they have but also for the concept. The design of the space is very industrial and the vibe is to go with a group of friends, play some games and eat some small plates! The only thing that made me take away one star is that the music is way too loud, it is really hard to have a talk. But other than that I really like this place! I really like sour food so any time I read that word I need to try it, so this time I went for the Guava Sour and I loooved it! It doesn't feel like you are drinking a beer, more like a drink! We were here VERY early by Miami standards; arrived about 4:30pm. Plenty of parking at this time of day, but not certain what would happen after 7p or so. Full disclosure - I'm not an enthusiastic craft beer drinker, and you will never find me choosing to drink a porter or an IPA. If I'm drinking a beer, it will be more along the lines of a Fat Tire or a Truck Stop Honey from Back Forty Beer. I tried multiple brews here and really liked the Mango Blonde. Flavorful enough to be called Craft, but not overwhelming for my amateur palate. Also liked the Guava Sour ok...bit TOO sour for me, but still drinkable. Tried the Horchata Cream Ale, but am not really a fan. The addition of the nitro gave the impression of a true creamy mouth feel, but it went flat RAPIDLY. I know that's kind of the point, but I could never drink a full beer quickly enough to make the nitro palatable. Good food truck, good service, interesting location and decor. Definitely worth going again. More...

Writing in an addition to my previous review because of how great their event was last night. Came here last night for their "Hecho En Miami Block Party". Apparently it was their first time hosting this which was surprising because it was a pretty great event. They had drinks from several other breweries and made the process of ordering beers very fast with the usage of their beer tokens. Despite there being a crowd of people there was never really any lines for the beer stations. The live music they had was also amazing and really added to the lively atmosphere of the event. They had a couple of different food options too so you wouldn't go hungry. The actual bar was in the middle of this "block party" so of course you could still go inside to get beverages and sit in their outdoor area to enjoy the music. If you haven't checked out Veza Sur you need to add it to your list because they do a great job at providing great customer service and a fun environment with plenty of unique beverage options. I love this place. The beer is very good. My new favorite is the Lulo Sour; it's not too sour. In all honesty, I have only been there twice and both times I have gotten beer flights with different choices. I have never absolutely hated any of my beer choices; they are a crowd pleaser for sure. They have board games such as "what do you meme," "jenga," and "heads up" if you can find them on the shelves. Their outside sitting is very nice and comfortable with huge fans everywhere. The one time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they had live music and a lively crowd. I would definitely recommend this place and they fun employees. More...

Before I even walked in I loved the big mural on the side of the building. Everything from then on just kept getting better. The aesthetic inside was very cool and also very welcoming for groups or individuals. If I lived nearby I would definitely come down here mid day with my laptop and crank out some emails alongside a liquid lunch. I was told of the legendary mango beer and ended up with a flight so I could try more. I don't recall the names but I believe it was two types of the mango beer, an apricot beer, and a porter. I loved them all but the apricot really stuck out to me. Fast forward 24 hours and they were at Yelps big 70's party and I drank that apricot beer all night! This brewery really fits well in the Wynwood neighborhood... wishing I picked up one of their sweet hats so I could rep Veza Sur here in Charleston. More...

I really like the set up of this place. There's indoor, outdoor, and bar seating. I like that they have a variety of beers to choose from- my favorite is the Lulo. There is a food truck outside for an option of food. It's also in a great location that's walking distance to other places. I like to "bar/brew hop" and if you do too, then you should add this place to your list while in Wynwood. There is side street parking. More...

I'm a very big fan of craft beer and I'm super happy with Miami's growing beer scene. Veza Sur will not disappoint! The place is beautiful ... honestly one of the most inviting spaces as far as breweries that I've experienced. It's modern and eclectic feels lux without being snobby and it's also a bit edgy. The open garden area gives you all the tropical vibes and inside the dark walls hogging all the treasure... collections, artifacts, books, lots of curiosities. They have a yearly changing food truck. Right now it's Chifa... Peruvian inspired menu. I had the Udon noodles with lomo and savory tahini sauce... it was delicious.... juicy tender beef, giant soft noodles, and delicious mildly spicy sauce. I tried the Perla coffee porter, I enjoyed it. The beer menu has lots of variety. Looking forward to try more of the beers. More...

Outdoor patio area seems to be the main feature of this place. I like how it's set up where you have to walk through there to enter. It's different from most places but concentrated on getting people to gather and enjoy beer. We couldn't find 2 bar seats together so we ended up sitting at a big table. We weren't sure at first if we should order through a server or go to the bar. We were given menus right away but nothing else was mentioned. After she came back we knew we could order through her and she was then helpful and friendly to answer all questions. So I tried them ALL. We ended up moving from the big table to another one outside since we were right in the middle of someone else's convo the whole time. The day we got here their taco food truck had closed and they had Mrs. chesious Truck instead. I was kinda bummed since I had planned on tacos  . There are a few of the beers I'll be back for but more so to kick it with others and just chill. More...

Thursday was Ladies night, we were not aware but there's chocolate and beer discounted for the ladies! Tuesday is Locals night, $3.00 from 7 PM to close, which is great! Yelp perk for checking in, 10% off! One of my favorite breweries in the area, there was live music and there's a food truck on their lot, you order from your seat which is pretty awesome! My beer of choice is their Gator Ale, it does contain a high alcohol volume but you'll live! Service is attentive, within a couple minutes they swing by to pick up empty glasses! More...

I'm not a beer drinker but these days I've found myself drinking beer, anyways if you like the light and tasty beers you have to try the Mango one! If you are a coffee drinker trying even in a little glass the coffee one is mandatory! It is simply delicious and refreshing! +1 for checking in on Yelp and getting 10% off your bill! +1 for a ladies night offering chocolate and beer, will be back for that! At this actual location, the Live Like Bella event and at the Yelp Disco, the service has been amazing! It's also nice to see them taking part at the different events throughout the community! There's plenty of street parking or now even paid public lots which is great! I wish I would have gone to try the Bao buns from the food truck but they are always alternating the trucks, currently there's Peruvian food, the food is tasty but portions are small! Giving you more space for beer I'd suppose! I will def. be back! More...

I'm always looking for a brewery that balances great beer with an awesome atmosphere- and I think I found that here! Went to Veza Sur on Saturday night and had such a great time. Tried the Guava sour "Shooting the Moon" beer cocktail, and the Mango beer cocktail. For a few extra bucks, I felt like these drinks really elevated the original beer flavor and tasted really yummy. Next to the bar they had a bunch of board games like over sized Jenga, "What's your meme", heads up and the favorite--Cards Against Humanity. def check it out! They also had a DJ the night I went, which definitely made the night very lively. On top of everything, service to the table was great on an especially busy night. I am trying to get to all of the various breweries in this area when I am in the Wynwood Walls neighborhood, this is my third one.My husband and I came in here around 2 pm on a Saturday with our small dog, I would describe it as moderately crowded, but not annoyingly busy.We received a nice greeting and the bartender served us quickly.  I thought our brews were a smidge on the high side at $6.50 each, but they were tasty.  I loved the Mango Blonde Ale and it's probably ideal for those that are looking for something lighter and a bit fruity. The ambiance here is nice!  I'd describe the decor as cozy home library, there are books and various knick knacks on the shelves.  Everything was clean and nicely kept up. There is really nice outdoor seating, it would be amazing on a 75 degree "winter" day. We each only had one beer while here, as we were visiting another brewery.  I'd definitely come back here again. I loved Veza Sur! I was there with a friend at night and it being my first time and not a beer guy I was thinking I was not going to enjoy my experience. I was dead wrong. Let's start off with the beer! They have a large selection of uniquely crafted beers for everyone. I tried three different types of selections and to be honest they were all great and I truly enjoyed them. The Mango Alone Ale was light and very refreshing. It's a great beer for the summer with hints of fruit and the right number of alcohol %. The Double IPA was my favorite, I found it bold and full bodied, very refreshing with good alcohol content, almost tasted like liquor. Lastly, the Lulo Sour was quite amazing and quite stimulating. It has the right amount of alcohol content and sour taste that just leaves you saying wow! The brewery has a rather large bar section for ordering but you need to be quick and draw the attention of the bartenders, they do well but the volume of people looking for a brew is quite overpowering so there trying to hit everyone as fast and accurately as they can, however this is typical and not that uncommon, nevertheless everyone was friendly and we got what we needed. The night I was there was a band playing, they were awesome by the way. Everyone was having a good time and the ambiance was very relaxed and chill. Plenty of seating on the outside and inside, especially the outside seating. There was also a food truck, now I didn't get to eat from the food truck but there were long lines and happy faces so I'll look forward to trying it next time because I do plan on coming back! Beer Beer Beer ! For being one of the last breweries to open in Wynwood, this one is my 2nd favorite (J Wake is my 1st fav). Veza Sur gives you a variety of different styles of beer. My favorite beer is the Mango Blonde Ale, Guava sour and Lulo sour (low key I mixed the guava sour with the lulo sour, oh man that was F**king delicious!). The atmosphere of the brewery is awesome. The indoor portion of the brewery is dope cause towards the back you can see the actual brewery. The outdoor portion is comfy with all their couches and chairs, even with the Miami heat we experience everyday, id still rather sit outside and enjoy a nice cold glass of beer. I have not had a beer cocktail only because I'm a beer drinker but not gonna lie, those beer cocktails looks really yummy. They even have a food truck outside where the beertenders can take your order. Everything about this brewery is amazing and I really recommended it. -Growling Stomach approves this message More...

Love coming to this place especially with my dog! They are so dog friendly and have a very nice outdoor space with lots of table board games including human size Jenga ! They only serve beer but they have the biggest and best selection of beers! My favorite is this mango beer towards the end of the list, it has like 9% alcohol so that's pretty high for a beer! The food truck they have is out of this world good! My favorite thing I always get is the tuna guacamole with chips and their poke bowl! My mouth is salivating as I am writing this review! The boa buns are pretty tasty as well but I just always get the same thing ! That guacamole is really reallyFresh and so good---perfectly seasoned! Like sours? IPA's? Cheap but delicious beer? Look no further. During the FIFA World Cup, we got $2 Chopp beers if you're wearing a jersey. Chopp is a Brazilian style pour with a thick head. I just learned that the thicker the head, the more protected your beer is from flavor changes due to environmental stimuli. The Lulo beer is a low ABV sour packed with a punch. It's sure to quench your thirst and awaken your taste buds. They set up the outside with a projector to show the game, brought out the "Big Ass" fans and we were ready to go. Decided to treat ourselves to their food truck, Baja Bao. It's conveniently located on the Veza Sur property so you can place your order with the waitress. Talk about killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Veza Sur = My favorite brewery in Miami.*****I. BEER: Even though Budweiser owns them, one cannot deny the perfection known as their Mango Blonde Ale. Veza Sur is a guilty pleasure of mine. I wanted to hate this place due to its affiliation with a certain macro brewery, but it's just too charming and enjoyable to dismiss. BTW my fiancé was low key harassed for favorably reviewing Veza Sur, talk about pathetic. Don't get me wrong, I love local beer and I support, promote, and proselytize unbelievers of the South Florida beer scene. There's no reason that I can't enjoy a beer here while enjoying beers at other nearby breweries when I'm in the area. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are simply gorgeous and perfectly conducive to great social gatherings and conversations rivaled by only Concrete Beach as far as the local breweries go. Veza Sur offers vibrant colors, a taste of Latin flair with a Miami twist in the décor, a unique food truck, and great service. I've tried most of their tropical offerings and I've never been particularly wooed by them, but that's not just this place as I generally find mango, soursop, passionfruit et al to be gimmicky and overly sweet. I really enjoy their double IPA and other hoppy offerings. My fiancé enjoys one of their coffee beers and while that's not my thing, it's solid as far as that goes. There's much buzz about their beer cocktails, but the last two times I've been, they didn't have them so that was a little disappointing. Overall, this place is really cozy to lounge on a beautiful or rainy day and enjoy great friendships, a beautiful neighborhood and decent beer, even if it somewhat spawns from the devil. Just make sure to check out all the other great breweries and local beer spots nearby. More...

Hands down, Veza Sur is my favorite brewery in Miami. I literally stalked this place after I saw it on Instagram and when it opened it lived up to all of my expectations. Let's start off with the decor. Eclectic, hip, and chic. You will be entertained looking at all of the beautiful trinkets and details on the shelves beside the bar. I love the layout and all of the shaded outdoor seating. Next comes my favorite part: the beer. Veza Sur is Brazilian influences and that is reflected in the beer. My favorites are the Lulo Sour (tastes like an alcoholic lemonade) and the Guava Sour (so light it tastes like a wine). Honorable mention goes to the Gator ale. (Go Gators!!!) The on-site food truck is yummy however a bit overpriced. Veza Sur also has a plethora of great specials so follow them on social media to know the details!!All in all, the beer and atmosphere make this the best brewery in Miami in my opinion. More...

I love this brewery! The location is great, the vibe is great, and most of all the beers are great. They also allow dogs, which is awesome! It's half inside, half outside with an upscale casual vibe. There's a food truck parked on the property and there are picnic tables and couches with ottomans on the patio. The only reason I withheld 1 star is because the seating is a little on the limited side. I can't imagine being able to visit this place when it's raining, as it would cut the outdoor seating in half. More...

Miami needs more places like this. #HechaEnMiami is their thing and I'm digging it. The ambience is what first grabbed my attention both inside and outside. Inside is pretty cool with some games at the table and of course a great variety of beers on tap. They have an outdoor patio with big string lights and a food truck that specializes in baos.  seriously get some buns and their guacamole (Baja Bao)! This is a great place to chill for some day drinking or a great place for evening drinks and snacks with some friends. On Tuesdays they have a nice happy hour special for locals, which I like. Support local and you'll be rewarded  Their beers...they have one for any kind of palette. I particularly like how they have local fruit flavored beers such as guava and lulo, which makes this place unique to Miami and Latin America in general. I like their Mango Blonde Ale, definitely a fan, as well as their beer cocktails. They're getting pretty crafty! Some nights they have live music, whether it's a DJ or a band, it's been pretty amazing every time I have been. Their service is legit as well, and you pay at the table when you're done, making it very easy to divvy up the tab. And who did their marketing?! Me gusta! Grab some friends or that one you have your eye on - then head to Veza Sur and grab a beer flight to check out this hot spot More...

Im a sucker for partially indoor partially outdoor spots in south Florida.Vesa Sur is tucked on a side street in Wynwood which is nice because the people there went there on purpose, they didn't just stumble in between selfies. There is a great vibe here. Definitely laid back and cool. Last time I was there they had a DJ but it wasn't overwhelming. We could still have great conversation, drink good beer and check out all the pups walking around. The beer here is really good. They have a lot of options. I have gone a few times with very different groups of people, each were able to find something they like - they even have a gluten free beer. Food wise, there is a food truck in the corner and the buns are the bomb. More...

Great spot and nice open lounge-y feel to the patio area. I stopped in with my husband on our recent baby-free getaway during a Thursday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised by the delightful ambience. The resident food truck offered tasty bao and poke bowls, which I highly endorse. What I enjoyed the most were the perfect-for-the-climate low alcohol beers that had delicious, almost sour flavors. Stick to those as they were unique and wonderful - save the double (and trendy) IPAs for colder climates that need the higher alcohol! More...

There's something about breweries that gets me Googling them in every new city we visit .. ended up here on a recommendation (and after Yelping) in the Wynwood area, and couldn't have been more pleased. It was actually Saint Patty's day, so expected a disaster but it was still early enough that we ended up with a seat in the lovely covered outdoor area. We ordered at the bar (a 4 beer sampler), and enjoyed all of them equally, which isn't always the case with microbreweries. If I had to choose the mango was probably my favorite, and my husband enjoyed the double IPA. More...

First time in Veza Sur! The place is trendy with a great beer section to choose from. I wanted to try something new aside from the regular beer, this place has it all. I will totally be back to try the rest of their beer section! More...

I heard about this place from a coworker and decided to plan a team Happy Hour here. Before I could do so, I ended up here by accident. That first experience was absolutely love at first sight. I tried several beers, all very tasty, but I fell in love with the Mango Blonde Ale. You can't really tasted the mango, but it's subtly there, at the end of every sip, refreshing and delightfully off the beaten path. As for the food, I tried a couple of the baos . . . AMAZING, and the fried calamari (also great, but I recommend having them put the sauce on the side in order to preserve the crispness). The service provided by Tamara was impeccable. Cut to a couple of weeks later. Javier helped me plan the menu and spread our somewhat limited budget to plan the perfect team happy hour. They made sure we were comfortable and had plenty of space to spread out yet still have a space of our own. This time we had quesadillas, which were truly delicious and a good deal. We had the incredibly good fortune of having Tamara as our server and again, absolutely impeccable service. My team loved the experience and my boss could not have been happier. The atmosphere is totally laid back, with comfortable indoor/outdoor seating, and they also welcome your well-behaved pet. Highly recommended to hang out and just "be" with some good friends and wonderful, original beers. Can't wait for my next excuse to visit. More...

Pumped to have another brewery to add to my Wynwood rotation! What do I like about Veza Sur? It's off the beaten path, the overall design aesthetic is my jam, there's food readily available, and they have lulu sour beer that tastes like juice! Among other things... We stopped by Saturday evening around 7:00 pm. It wasn't super packed, but a DJ was rolling in around 8:00 pm, so I could see the vibe and crowd changing a little bit as the night goes on. We headed to the bar and asked for a few samples which the bartender happily provided. Since it's a new spot for me, I wanted to try a little of everything and ended up ordering a flight for $10 including the Mango Blonde Ale, Guava Sour, Trigo IPA, and double IPA. I'm not a beer snob and generally enjoyed what I tried. The sours have super low ABV but I love the Latin influence with the lulo and guava flavors. Speaking of that, you'll find some drinks here you won't find at other breweries like micheladas and cocktails to appease friends who may not be huge beer drinkers. The outside patio has a variety of fun seating. At one point, we were told our table was reserved, so I guess you can do that too! I'll definitely make this a regular stop when around Wynwood in search of some refreshments and be on the lookout for their programming. The outdoor space is large and closed off, so I could definitely see some fun events happening! More...

Super quaint brewery in Wynwood. Great place to sip Latin-inspired craft beers in a relaxed atmosphere. The ambiance here is what makes it so special. It has the vibe of relaxing at a friend's house. There are tall bookcases on the walls full of cool knickknacks and games. The volume here is not too loud, and the tables are not crammed together so you can hold a nice conversation. Outside, there are lots of lounge-like seating areas and a food truck to grab some snacks. The patio is really cute-- even more so at night, when it's lit with string lights. This would be a great spot for a first date. The beer here was really good. I ordered a flight with the Mango Blonde Ale, Lulo Sour, Golden Belgian Gator Ale, and Per'la Coffee Porter.Mango Blonde Ale: very refreshing; the mango is not too overpowering but you get a nice taste of it on the nose.Lulo Sour: sours are not for everyone... I personally really like them and I thought this one was really good. It wasn't too sour, and the flavor was very unique.Golden Belgian Gator Ale: very delicious notes of fruit and spice, but super strong (9.2%). it was nice for a flight, but I don't think I could drink a whole onePer'la Coffee Porter: I think this was my favorite of the flight. I'm a big fan of porters... and coffee! This had a lovely coffee/cocoa-y taste. The coffee flavor is very strong, but that's why I liked it so much.Apart from the beer and the ambiance, the service was excellent. I was here on a Friday night and never had to wait long to get served. The busser kept clearing away empty glasses right away and everyone behind the bar was super friendly. The prices were decent-- maybe a little above average for a brewery, but very good for Wynwood. More...

Of all the breweries in Wynwood, Veza Sur takes gold. There's not too much immediately neighboring it, but that almost works to its advantage where you walk in feeling like you've discovered a whole new world. We came around 9pm on a Friday night and cozied right up to the bar. There's lounge style seating for larger parties outdoors with more intimate circular tables and a lengthy wooden bar indoors. Delicious beer , great snacks , amazing service and great seating space. That's what this place is all about. If you're looking for a brewery with good beer selection with something for everyone ( even the people who are not beer fans ) and some great fruity options this is one of the places to check out. I tried 6 of the options on tap and had a flight , wasn't disappointed at all. The Latin lager and Belgian gator very definitely the pick but mango sour was a nice change. The food was what you expect at a brewery with some good options. Overall better than your average brewery. We had the empanada , baos and guac- all on point. For desert I had the Colada coffee beer which was very refreshing especially when you're sitting in the sun and enjoying the delight. The soft serve at the end is a good way to wrap it all up. I love the vibe it has with their ample outdoor seating, and the bar area is really cool with all the wood and decorations they have in place. In general, it has more of a restaurant vibe than a gritty brewery, but I actually like that about this location. Beers are great and the service is even better, but don't bother with the food options. They have a food truck in the back that provides some bites, but it's way overpriced for not a lot of food. Wow I'm shocked by the negative reviews. People in Miami can be so fricking picky and not have a clue what they are taking about.  The beers were great. A few we loved and a few that were so so. You get that at every brewery in Miami. Something nice and different from your typical brewery is that they have Micheladas and beer cocktails. The ambience was great. Indoor space and outdoor space and a great food truck. What more could you want. Oh here I'll tell you, waiters too. Most breweries don't have that. And yes some people might see that as a negative cause it's not typical of a brewery but hey why not?!  I think it's a great addition to Wynwood and I will definitely go back. More...

I've been to this place a few times already & let me tell you it has become one of my favorite breweries! This places is perfect for date night, girls night, boys night out, any night! They have a great beer selection, at good prices. My favorites are the Mango one and the Porter. The service is great, friendly & quick staff. I would recommend adding boxing and UFC matches to your list of sporting events you play on the proyector. You have a great venue for these types of events! I'm knocking a star off because the music outside is way too loud, you literally have to scream at people in order to have a conversation. Also, there is very little seating outside, it would be great if we could get a few more chairs, I mean you have the space. The bathrooms could also you a cleaning more often, since they are unisex they get dirty quickly. Lastly, I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the brewery itself but the food prices are too high for the portion you are getting. It's a tiny bao for $6 each. You will need to eat at least 3 of these baos to get full and it's just really not worth it. Yes they were delicious but you can skip on them. Overall, I'm happy with the place and will continue to come for great beers, awesome service and great atmosphere. More...

Mediocre beer in a well-designed and architecturally soothing spot. When you walk in, it's beautiful but in an effortless way. However, once you zoom in to every corner, you'll notice how fine tuned every niche in this place is. Once corporate grand a hold of beer, it automatically tastes different. I mean, don't get me wrong- go check it out but don't build your beer heart up either. Although there's not much variety, the styles are still varied. I opted for the Endless Summer which was basically the lowest percentage of alcohol I've ever had in a beer. I really like the books on display though and the food truck was authentic so it's not totally off the radar either. I just wish they had craftier and deeper beers so I can sit there and have my beer speak volumes to me. The beer cocktail I ordered was so well crafted that I had to give props when due; even with a low ABV. If the question relies on if they enchanted me- my answer varies on what factor. Aesthetically, they're a gold medal but gastronomically it lacks a few key points. Nonetheless, it's worth a visit. Plus, I love the name. More...

Stopped in for the first time yesterday after a Bike ride through the streets of Miami. Overall, no complaints about this place. For starters, set inside due to the heat and they cold A/C inside. We had the pleasure of tasting all of their 10 beers. We had in total 3 flights and repeated the Porter and Coffee Porter on the third flight. We weren't fans of the two Sour beers  but this could just be because it's not style of beer. At the end, we also tried the BT, a beer cocktail, made with porter and a spiced banana foam on the top, AMAZING ! Then, during the flight tasting we tried food from the food truck they have on the property another amazing experience. For starters, they have options for Vegetarians so the fact they even thought of that, was a great start.  We started off with two veggie guac's that are worth ordering. Then, our waitress told us on Sunday's they start a BBQ at 2PM, a menu they rotate every Sunday execpt for the veggie option I ordered (portobello mushroom) this too was exceptional. Overall, the service, the music, decor, clean establishment, beer, food...no complaints and worthy of their 5 stars. More...

Walked in and automatically fell in love with the decor and music, had a real Miami latin vibe that seemed very modern. It was pretty busy seeing as it was labor day weekend but we lucked out and 3 bar spots opened up at the very back the second we walked back there. We got greeted by Sarah who took excellent care of us. I had the Trigo Ipa, Mango blond, one other, they all were solid brews. They also had beer cocktails which I was dying to try out but did't have enough time. They also have their own dedicated food truck on site that acts as there kitchen, so you can order from the bar if you like, or the food truck itself. They also offer traditional glass growler fills and crowlers. Overall great service, great location, and a great staff.PS: I had to try them out after seeing all the 1 star reviews from beer snobs before they even opened their doors just because they are an inbev company; they didn't even give them a chance. They employ local brewers and local staff who are there to work hard. I even saw a 1 star review because they didn't allow their children in... at a brewery... thats like me giving Chuk E Cheese a 1 star review because they didn't feature a Full bar and local craft beers... I just don't understand people. More...

This place is radiating coolness and modernism. I checked this place out with my friend over Labor Day weekend and instantly fell in love with the place. The seating included indoor and outdoors but we prepared the outdoor seating since the weather was fair and the DJ was spinning pretty good tunes. Your almost forget your at a brewery as it has more of lounge vibe. The menu was very unique as they offered an array of draft craft beers, craft cocktails, and killer Mexican food. I had this ahi tuna tostada and I can't describe how good it was. The only complaint I have to say is they have a refill system where if your drink is running low they automatically bring you another unless you put a coaster on top of your drink. If you forget your pretty much stuck drinking the same beer you had before and I'm not super keen on putting dirty coasters on top of my drink. There still new so I'm sure they are still working on the system. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be back again. More...

This is the best craft beer I've had yet! Keep in mind that I am NOT a craft beer fan... I came in the afternoon in a Friday - not too packed but definitely busy.  I got a beer flight with the following:Latin lager - lights definitely the most drinkability, all around great flavor. Similar to a corona. But way better flavor.Guava - this is the perfect breakfast beer and I want to mix it with prosecco! Do I need to say more?Blood orange - also would be great for breakfast.Mango Blonde - DELICIOUS! I don't believe this is beer and definitely would mix with champagne (versus prosecco)I could easily come here and only drink but he food is AWESOME - catered by a food truck from pubbelly group so of course it's good!  I had the kimchi and steak quesadilla- I am both a kimchi and quesadilla connoisseur and I give it 5 stars. This brand new brewery in Wynwood has a great atmosphere. I went with a few friends last Saturday night and had a good time. We had the Brazilian chopp and a selection of baos, which are made by the always awesome Pubbelly Boys! The music was great and our waitress was super sweet. Will be back soon to try all their beers. :) More...

I founds this brewery while casually biking through the neighborhood. I decided to give their beers a try and see what they had to offer. The selection they had was great with some very good fruit beers. The staff were very chill and friendly making this a great hangout atmosphere. Also, they make some very good beer cocktails that I would highly recommend. More...

Happy to see yet another brewery open in Wynwood - we have  Wynwood Brewing (the OG), J. Wakefield, Concrete Beach and now Veza Sur.I was there this past Friday, during their soft opening, while there was a guest list, due to an earlier beer give away, we were able to enter quickly. The place was busy; packed to the brim.    I walked into a big outdoor section with a retractable roof then into a decently sized beer hall. I noticed the Mexican theme in their decor right away, although their beers are definitely of the American craft beer variety.   The only other Mexican influences I were able to spot were the Micheladas on the menu board and a food truck called Baja Bao, apparently by the Pubbelly folks. Didn't try the food, but it looked legit.    Live music outside and a nice atmosphere. We had a couple of Porters and and the Trigo IPA.  The IPA was tasty but their porter can't hold a candle to Pops. For sure, Veza Sur's ambiance will attract the crowds. While the theme of commercialization of wynwood has reached new heights with this InBev (company that purchased Budweiser)  brand; it is still a nice space and they've partnered with a great local brand in PB.So, I will judge them on their beer, ambiance, and, yet to be seen, contributions to the neighborhood, and not the backer.I have high hopes that the corporate shackles don't hinder their potential.  I wish them the best of luck and welcome them to the neighborhood! While this is a brewery, the highlight is the food truck on the space! Baja Bao made some of the best food, and is enough for me to come back again. The lechón and mole baos were beyond amazing. At the brewery, they messed up the order of our flights, but the best was their signature Latin Lager. I am interested in trying their micheladas next time. More...

Came out to Veza Sur on its opening day, and I'd say it was an overall good experience. Hit it up around midday, so it was blazing hot, which made all the light, crisp beers all the more forgiving. They've got a pretty light beer menu, and since the brewery's Latin American-inspired, you'll find it leaning towards a lot more citrusy flavors. (Although, there are a couple porters.) Ordered the blood orange gose and the trigo IPA - Both were good and refreshing, but considering the brewery lineup Veza Sur's up against just within a mile radius, I'd say it's nothing out of the ordinary.Wouldn't say there was a crazy amount of seating, so I can imagine it being hard to snag a spot for a big group if it gets pretty packed. Service handles both orders from Baja Bao and the bar, which I'm not tooootally sure if it actually helps with efficiency.I would come back to try the beer cocktails or the choppe, but I imagine it's only worth it if you get a seat at the bar so the bartenders can keep topping you off, like you're meant to. This place is amazing. Opening weekend was a little hectic but they handled the over capacity very well. Great atmosphere, beer and food. I was lucky enough to get a tour of their brewing process to see all the quality ingredients they put into their vast selection of beers, nothing artificial. Do yourself a favor and check it out on your next trip to wynwood! More...

The newest brewery to debut in Wywnood is already one of my favorites.  Veza Sur has the more stylish aesthetic of Concrete Beach, but with a beer lineup that I'd put maybe behind Wakefield (among the Wynwood-based breweries).  Yes, Veza Sur is a collaboration owned by In Bev, and that probably offends some craft beer "purists" sensibilities.  Frankly I don't care about any of that, I just care about the beer, and the beer here is quite good.  I had the Mango Blonde Ale, Blood Orange Gose, and the Belgian Gator Ale.  I enjoyed all of them, and they make a mean Michelada as well.  One nice thing they offer here, that you don't find in many places around Miami, is they serve Brazilian-style chopps, which are perfect refreshers for Miami's brutal summer climate.  There's a permanent food truck on site where you can get bao-bun-style tacos.  The lechon was quite good, but others I tasted were okay.  I'd probably recommend elsewhere for food, but Veza Sur is a great place for beer. We stumbled upon Veza Sur while heading to the Wynwood Walls and I am glad that we did. Even on its second day of opening, the place was bustling. The have a cute and spacious outdoor patio with plenty of seating and as of now they host the Bao House food truck. It's going to be a permanent fixture there for a while but could change in the future. Inside is air conditioned with a long bar area and a few round tables for larger groups. The walls fully open out to the patio area which they'll do when they don't need AC. They brew a nice variety of their own beer and also feature a few beers from nearby breweries. Beer cocktails and Micheladas are also on the menu. To order you can either order at the bar or conveniently wait for a server to come to you and take your order on a iPad. I liked this method because they were super quick to come to us and we didn't have to smush up at the bar trying to get the bartender's attention. Bacon helped us and he was really friendly and had a great attitude which I have found is hard to come by in Miami. I went with a flight for $10. Individual glasses range from $6-7. My favorite was the Guava Sour. The hint of fruit wasn't overpowering and it wasn't too sour. The Trigo IPA was my second favorite, followed by the Gator Ale. The Pale Ale tasted like dirty socks, and my 2 other friends agreed. That's the only one I can't recommend. Otherwise, put this on your list for when you're in Wynwood. More...

We heard about Veza Sur last year. We were very excited to here about another brewery in Wynwood. So, of course we came our on opening weekend.  I like the beer selection. There is something for everyone. The Latin lager is a great choice for a hot day. It's light enough that you don't feel heavy after drinking it and the flavor is not lost. The coffee porter is quite nice and the coffee taste does not overpower the beer. The service was a bit slow. That could be due to not anticipating the crowd size. I like the vibe and beers of Veza Sur. I am sure I'll be back. More...

So already in love with this new kid on the block. Maybe its their interesting beers like Mango, Coffee Porters, Bitter Orange (that smells and tastes like Fruit Loops), etc. But beyond this dope selection, they have Beer Cocktails crafted by Bar Lab (of The Broken Shaker fame) with drinks like a mojito-style concoction made with their Guava brew. Feel free to order a flight, canned beer and/or growler to go, or try the Brazilian-inspired "Chopp" where almost frozen beer is served glass after glass until you say stop by covering your vessel with a coaster at an affordable $4 a glass. Hungry? They have a permanent food truck on property with a huge selections of Bao Buns like Lechon, Steak, Shrimp, etc curated by The Pubbelly Boys. And don't skimp out on Ice Cream bowl desserts like the 4 Caras w/ Mexican chocolate, banana & peanuts for a sweet treat.Needless to say, Veza Sur was love at first. More...
