When I am in town for business I take Jake to VIP for daycare so that he can still get his exercise while I'm in business meetings all day. Katrina and the entire staff are really great with him. We have a puppy and a 9 year old lab. VIP does a wonderful job with my babies. We have boarded my babies here a few times and they loved it. I was nervous about leaving my dog for the first time. When I called and asked for an updated they told me how she was doing and I got to see some pictures of her. She was happy when I got her but as we were leaving a dog she became friends with was being picked up at the same time and she just wanted to play and forgot about going bye bye. We sent our old dog here to board when she was a senior. They were able to handle her temperament (she did not like other dogs). We have boarded our new dog Charlotte here and wouldn’t go anyplace else. They gave us a tour of the facility and the place is immaculately clean. We had special feeding instructions and the followed them to the t. Every so often we drop her off for doggy daycare and she always returns home tired. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and there is always someone on staff 24 hrs a day ( believe it or not we visited a few places that have no one there after 7 pm). We don’t get many services done but the couple that we do prices are comparable to other places. Bottom line I would recommend VIP to anyone and will continue to use them for all our doggy supervision needs. More...

What a great place to bring the fur kids to play. Just like you would with your kids you do for your dog. Camp day Thursdays is the best they get to run around in the pool get treats and socialize with other dogs.
