We only ask a few questions before moving ahead with the project. We only ask questions like what kind of business and what are you wanting to achieve from your website or what segment of audience you are are willing to target. Based on these questions/answers, our analyst team determines the best web solution for you.
Describe your creative process.
We ask you what you want from your web presence and we deliver that solution. First we create a draft for approval, once approved we ask for all the website content (text, images etc). Once we receive this content we complete the website. One of our developers will work closely with you from start to completion. We also offer a wide range of tutorials.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We require website content, all the text and images and a brief of where all the content is required to go. We also offer our professional opinion on laying out the content so as to deliver the best user experience.

Yes, we can provide our services online. We mostly communicate and provide and collect all necessary information over the phone, email, Dropbox, Google Drive, iCloud Drive. Urgent or important queries and sample/demo files are sent over to you via email as soon as possible for any necessary changes or approvals before any further action.
