This organization is comprised of security professionals formerly working for larger security and investigation companies who started their own outfit with the mission to provide a higher level of service without any sacrifice as far as integrity or ethical business practices. Luis Cordova taught an extensive unarmed guard training class at his and his partners' expense to showcase their company and the industry overall to those interested in starting or resuming a security career. He explained the importance of researching a security company before applying to work for them or using them as a patrol or investigative service. Essentially, as not many people would assume, not all security companies are the same. I have had personal experiences to confirm this, one of which was when a vehicle of mine was broken into by the guard charged with watching the parking lot of the establishment I was patronizing. I have worked in hotels and apartment complexes where the same issue occurred. Always do your due diligence, but I would recommend Vertical Identity over any Phoenix area security firm. More...

VISP has been the security company that services our apartment complex every night 365 days a year for the last four years. The guards are responsive and helpful when I have a complaint. Their service has made our south Phoenix apartment complex safer than others in the area. Thank you. More...

Ever write a review and then later get all the facts and feel like a complete horses backside? Well I did last week. I was not bribed or anything to change my rating;
I'm doing it because it's the right thing to do and as an AZPOST Certified Peace Officer I'm held to the highest standard of integrity. So with that in mind I will say that it was a simple paperwork and/or clerical error (I have to redo my fingerprints). Simple fix and this company has been 110% helpful in accomplishing said task.
I will also add that I stated there was a "Lack of communication"; guess what folks it happens both in Security and law enforcement in general when you are busy. This is common place in most good company's, officers, etc that are usually proactive and busy; so with that said it happens in this line of work.
As an AZPOST Certified Peace Officer I would highly recommend this company in all facets of their operations.

On April 12th and 13th, I took the armed security guard class at Vertical Identity Security. I was impressed by the way the class was instructed. The people there make you feel comfortable . The instructor Luis was patient with all of the people in the class and was always willing to give extra help to those who requested it. This company has a shooting simulator that you use as part of the class, so you can be put in real life situations. Overall had a good experience. More...
