What makes a great website?
A site which is well designed, looks good and is easy and simple to use for the customer. The last this we want is the customer to be confused and frustrated and leave your site to end up on a competitors site, the aim is to generate the all important lead.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We need to understand your business first, what you do, offer and how you operate. Then any current marketing you've done and the brand image you hope to portray. Once we've got some basic info we can the build a picture of what style of site you're looking for and build upon that. It can also be useful for us to see what sites you like and your competitors as the aim is always to be the best in the game.
Some other obvious questions will include like features you require, brand colours, layout preferences, number of pages as well as things that maybe specific to your business/industry.
The list can be endless, the more we chat the more ideas we can pull out and develop a base for your site to ensure it's truly stunning.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with other businesses, we love understanding your business and helping it grow. There's nothing more that we're passionate about than helping a business grow and seeing it develop into hopefully something big.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We see two things wrong in the industry currently, one being the level of customer service, there are a number of web development companies out there who can produce high end sites but lack simple levels of customer service and just being available, this is something we excel at. We're available 7 days a week and always reachable during out of office hours.
The second issue we see is the pricing in the industry, some companies charge eye watering figures for sites which just shouldn't cost that much, this is simply wrong, if your a new business you need all the help you can get and that's what we offer at a fair and transparent price. We produce stunning sites at £250 where some high street companies would charge £600 plus for the same style, standard and product.
