We develop a program (ie frequency, intensity, duration and type of training) based on a series of predetermined goals, we make sure the work is done, the intermediate and final goals are reached. The rest is science.

Dedication and execution of a scientifically sound program. Weight is lost through diet, it is kept off through exercise! We make sure basics are covered!

Strength and conditioning is not a job for me, although I have been running my private practice since 2011, S&C is also my passion and my hobby.

Physical development is highly diverse mostly because people are diverse, of age, gender, genetics, goals, time/schedule etc, as such, each person requires a slightly different approach and hence a slightly different challenge.

Perhaps the second most interesting thing beside the fun of doing, is to see progress in individuals and even self, truth is, most people have the potential to reach their goals, they just don't quite know how to do it. Exercise science is about that, and luckily it is science, thus if the right program is followed, there is no question that results will also follow.

I grew up with athletics, I was a D1 athlete through college and always stayed involved thereafter. My first career was in finance, which was not a fit for me. Unlike my first, my second career was a pick of passion.

1-on-1 customized training for client goal

Customized training for like-minded and motivated individuals. Can but does not have to include programming concepts. Goal driven.

Primarily for athletes or competitive individuals looking to take their fitness to the next level, be it for a athletic discipline, a tactical athlete for work, or strength/endurance athlete looking to maximize their respective bio-motor functions.

Follow a structured training plan, with the option to include peaking for one or multiple events.
