I am extremely dissatisfied with the services of this removals company. They turned up 45 minutes late and didn't take all my stuff, even though they had a half-empty Luton lorry when they arrived at my new address.
They then told me the breaks were creaking on the lorry so they couldn't go back and get the rest of my stuff. When I was contacted by a manager who wanted to charge me £130 extra to send another lorry to collect the rest of my stuff, I obviously refused and went in my friend's van to collect the rest of my items.
I was then contacted by Frankie one of the movers, who told me he had walked off the job 4 hours early as he couldn't reassemble my kids' bunk bed and had just had a row with his boss. When I arrived at my new house, I found it left wide open front and back and all my stuff just dumped downstairs, nothing was reassembled like I had paid for. The walls of my property had been badly scratched and, in parts, the plasterboard had been damaged. My kids' bunk beds had been so badly damaged that they couldn't be fixed.
Pathetically, I have been offered a measly £200 to replace the bunk bed I paid £809 for and £120 for the damaged walls, where I've been quoted £450 and £400 by two independent painter decorators for the repair. This company's services were appalling, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

This company are awful, I'd never recommend them to anyone! They were so unprofessional!
They damaged my flooring, as well as breaking 2 items of furniture!
They're refusing to pay for the damaged flooring and I'm still waiting to hear back about the furniture!

Amazing, couldn't reccomend enough! Very friendly, nothing was too much of a challenge. They dismantled my furniture and reassembled in once we arrived at my new address. Then took some but to storage and packed it like the tetrus game and made everything fit perfectly. Careful with all items. Everything was strapped done and wrapped to ensure no damage. Massive thanks to the guys at Veo Moves for moving me. They were friendly, helpful, and had a can-do approach. They also returned the next day having somehow dismantled my massive sofa to fit through my tiny Victorian hallways Also much more reasonably priced than other companies who quoted. I'd highly recommend them.

The removal men (2) turned up dead on time on a Sunday (7am). They were polite and courteous throughout. They loaded the van in 40 mins without fuss. At the other end (Durham) we arrived at the new house within a short while of each other and they unloaded in about 45 mins. Again no fuss and were always sure to wipe their feet before coming in as it had snowed. The whole experience was ease itself and I would highly recommend them as a pair and the company as Lauren kept me up to date with quotes, bookings etc. Great service ! More...

Thank you so much to a fantastic team! So professional all the way through even with bad weather and unavoidable complications. Could not ask for a better service. So careful with all our possessions and so friendly made us feel like you cared as if you was moving your own home!!.. They put all our furniture where we wanted it to go helped with all our kitchen appliances by putting them in their places.
