The Venue at Willow Creek is beautiful! I've been there several times over the years for different events and they've expanded to hold a higher capacity. Even though the space can have large groups, it's still an intimate and comfortable setting. Angel and the team are really easy to work with and are very accommodating. Leadership 2000 Class XXXIII hosted a professional event there in June 2019 and it went off without a hitch!! We used Olive as the caterer, whom I highly recommend! Yum! We started the event with appetizers and a cash bar, had a buffet dinner, and then had our speakers and class graduation ceremony. We brought in our own graduation cake. Both inside and outside are just lovely. Plenty of parking. We used the sound system for music and the TVs for a slideshow of class photos. Highly recommend this event space! More...

Wow! The Venue at Willow Creek was the perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception! We held our ceremony outdoors, and it was absolutely breathtaking with the wooded area in the back of the venue. Angel and her team were absolutely outstanding working behind the scenes to make sure everything was perfect! From the time we visited Willow Creek on our venue search, everyone there was so easy to work with, professional, and very responsive to email questions. The indoor space for our reception is so beautiful and doesn't need much extra decoration. There was more than enough room for our 200 guests. A wonderful place for a wedding reception (6-25-16)! Not only was the event space in a lovely, relaxed rural setting with easy movement between the in and outdoors, but the staff was superb! Lindsey, the Event Coordinator, was just as welcoming, warm, and accommodating as could be ~ a real delight! The food prepared by Olive Events (Marissa) was truly wonderful ~ both in taste and presentation! Our daughters wedding was June,13,2015 at the Venue at Willow Creek. It was the first event at this beautiful new venue.
We could not have been more please with the whole experience.
To begin, the venue is picturesque both inside and out. The natural setting includes lush green grass, beautiful landscaping. flowers, mature trees and a rock rimmed creek.
The interior is uniquely elegant. Open and airy yet intimate and warm. The design creates an open canvas to create a wedding from rustic to elegant.
My daughters wedding was a brunch - garden wedding. The wedding ceremony was initially planned to be in the grass area with the creek in the background. Early in the week, with much rain in the forecast, the event team at Willow Creek along with the bride moved the ceremony to the covered patio still with the option of setting up on the uncovered part of the patio if the weather permitted. The versatility of the venue is amazing.
The morning of the wedding was rainy. The ceremony was on the covered patio. The accordion glass doors were opened and additional chairs were set up inside the event space. All 130 guests were able to sit and see the ceremony. With the plan in place there was no stress on the bride or family
The simple, elegant garden wedding was perfect. The event space transformed beautifully into the vision the bride had dreamed of with the guidance of the professional staff at Willow Creek.
The experience of the staff is obvious as the planning and final product came together flawlessly. This was the first event at Willow Creek I can only image there were many hurdles for the staff getting to that day. Our wonderful experience speaks volumes to the professionalism of this staff whatever challenges they may have faced were managed and nothing was ever a concern for the bride or families.
A huge expression of gratitude to Marissa, Reid, Amanda, Nicole, Anne and all those who worked so hard to make this beautiful memory for us all.

Held our wedding here 10-22-16 and I can't say enough about Lindsey and Allison they are incredible!! I had nothing to worry about they took care of everything. We had such beautiful weather to have our wedding outside down by the creek. Our guest loved the patio and the fire pit we brought out once the sun went down.
