How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If there are no major visible structural faults, most garages can be converted into single storey, without changing too much of the existing. If you want to go double storey, an engineer just needs to be consulted. Best way, is to let a professional Architect check the existing structure on site.

Design consultation ; drawing up the plans; different design options can be created. Once approved, its drawn up for council approval. After council approval, you can start construction. An engineer needs to sign plans off for council, and might have to also assist on site.
