Well established dojo started my daughter doin kickboxing to gain self confidence fitness and disapplin I have noticed a great difference in my daughter since she started she is well in to doin her training up the dojo its a well family dojo that makes you feel very welcome and they go out there way to help you out I would suggest it to anybody with great confidence if they are thinking of it to join
