My area of expertise is helping people to unlock their potential and realise their businesses goals. I have worked with individuals as well as accross organisations, helping them to develop and implement growth strategies.

I am skilled in organisational development with an MBA from one of the top providers (Open University) and a distinguished track record in both assisting businesses as a third party and being an entrepreneur myself.

I am also a member of the Institute of Directors with strategic leadership and organisational development experience, and a belief in creating success through the development of people.

I have directed a number of SMEs and have a broad range of experiences growing and managing businesses. I have worked in a variety of sectors from software development to manufacturing, event production, to B2B services.

I have spent a number of years co-creating my own business, which has successfully grown from modest beginnings in a shed to become a major brand in it's niche. During this time I have overseen the development of every area of the business including manufacture, finance, IT, e-commerce, customer service, marketing & personnel.

I have directed a number of software development projects and am an active member of the Drupal open source software community.

Previously I worked for 10 years in a medium sized service provider in the intellectual property industry where I was involved in major change initiatives in a corporate environment involving complex programme management.
