Update : look at the response from the venue owner, need I say more about their professionalism? Yes my parents weren’t able to attend due to covid? Yes I was sad? That does not correlate to how you handle the venue? That is very unprofessional to use something like that to defend your venue. I know you as the owner don’t want to receive bad reviews. There are changes you need to make and you need to own up to them. Also, Sarahi the coordinator taking shots for me somehow makes her drunk? There is no such thing as “basic” package. It’s regarding how many guests will arrive. I specifically told her I needed more chairs outside and you failed to do as such. This is a terrible TERRIBLE venue. . I just had my wedding here last week. I am very pleased with how everything came out. The staff worked with us and were flexible knowing that we lived out of town. I was able to go to the venue only a couple of times. I got a packet which made things so much easier. I didn't have to stress about little details because I knew that the venue would take care of it. I just had to sent pictures of the colors and the type of arrangements I wanted and the decorator made it happen. I was very pleased with the result. My guest were very happy with the servers attentiveness. That exceeded my expectations. The food was great too. The only feedback I have for the venue is that they should update their payment system. Since we live out of town we were not able to directly pay them the monthly installments and depositing directly to their bank was inconvenient because that bank didn't have a branch in the city we live in. Fortunately my mother in law lives in the area and she was able to deliver the payments for us. A suggestion to the staff / owner would be to look into Zelle, Chase Quick pay or Pay Pal. I would definitely hold an event here again and I highly recommend it. More...

I’m not sure where to begin ...last Sunday, we celebrated our daughter’s Baptism which I only had two weeks to plan!! From the moment I walked into the venue and my first interaction with Sarahi I felt incredibly welcomed and at ease! This is the first time in my life that I have been able to sit back and truly enjoy the time with my family during such a special event! I came in with a couple of pictures of what I had envisioned my event to be ...and when I walked in on Sunday it was far beyond what I had expected! THANK YOU! Thank you! Thank you!! The experience above all was great! From the first moment we walked in the person that was there, (I can't recall her name, I believe Sandra, a Colombian) was very nice, she sat with us, listened, and understood everything I asked for and wanted! !! She was great!! The food tasting was also a great experience! We went and both Sandra and another lady, I believe the one that was in charge of the decorations, were very attentive to our choice of food!! The person that sat with us to get our choice of decorations Witch had been at the food tasting with us was great!! I'm a very picky person, and very hard to please, and when it came to the wedding event I was just expecting too much, and this lady made it seem like she was dealing with the easiest person! She understood me! Even though it took a little longer than expected, she got me!!So the choosing of the venue was the easiest with these 2 people!!!! They were just great!! The table decorations, the cake, But....The day before the event, we took our sparkling grape juice to toast with, 25 bottles. And we took some mint and coral petals that I asked to be placed along the runner outside where our ceremony took place. Along with a few other things, however, when I get to the aisle the petals are not there, our ceremony was at 530 I did understand earlier that "morning" it had been raining, and not even pouring rain, just drizzling.... So even though I don't agree that they didn't have the time to go and place them before the ceremony, I guess it's an excuse I'll have to take. The 25 bottles of sparkling grape juice.... Where were all 25 I don't know!! So I liked that they were cold when served, but not all 250 people attended our wedding, not even close to 250 people went! So I go and I ask the lady that was there through out the event if she knew about the bottles and if she can bring them out because we were about to toast, she seemed like she didn't know what I was saying, so I walked to the kitchen and ask the people there and they said that they were told to hold them in the kitchen, whatever I thought! Maybe this lady had had a long day.... So we're getting ready to toast, and it is brought to my attention that the champagne cups are no longer on the table!!! So how did they leave the lemonade and iced tea out on the tables with no cups So I go back to the same lady and ask if she can have someone bring back the cups!!! She says they've already been picked up and washed!!!!!! Okay, We have two hours remaining before our event is over can we have something we can use? She brings out teeny tiny plastic cups!!!! I would have given this venue 5.. 6.. 7.. 8.. 10stars if possible if It wouldn't have been for this lady that just seemed not to care!!! If I could remember her name I would mention it! you all should have dedicated people actually at the event, not just the 2 other people you meet before the event, it made me very upset to have my close family toast out of plastic little things!!!!
