Velstar's consistent inaction and poor performance have undeniably led to the devastating loss of our business. Their failure to address critical issues and deliver on promised services has resulted in significant financial repercussions. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to meet basic expectations have caused irreparable damage to our operations. Regrettably, their negligence has ultimately undermined our trust and confidence in their ability to deliver effective solutions. It is with great disappointment that we find it necessary to sever our business relationship with Velstar. More...

I had a webstore that was hacked and while the site was down I was losing orders and money. The guys at Velstar managed to save my old database and get a new store built on Shopify for me within a week so I could start trading again - brilliant.

It’s been great working with Velstar on our new treadmill desk web store. Dan’s knowledge has been invaluable in helping us understand what’s achievable in Shopify

Q&As

A great website is a website that converts visitors into customers/clients. It's that simple. What makes a website convert visitors into customers? A website that has a great user experience and makes it easy for visitors to do what they want to do following a clear path. Key elements of this are - a nice design, fast page load speeds, structured layout, thoroughly thought out and information architecture.

At this stage of the process we gather all the requirements from the client, and ask a series of exploratory questions. There's a lot of questions but it's vitally important that we get an answer to most these questions.

I love seeing my clients make money. The best part about my job is a month or so after we launch a website and visit the client to review how their website is going and discuss their targets and analytics and see how much money they're making through our creation. That feeling will never get old.

I worked for many large technology companies in London during my career as a web developer and most of the projects I worked on had huge budgets. I wanted to replicate the level of skill and service without the price tag attached. Smaller businesses often can not afford to spend £100K + on a website, that's where Velstar Digital tries to fill the void, we're a team comprised of big client experience who want to bring our expertise to SME's.

Our clients love us because we don't just deliver a website and disappear, we stick by our clients and help them grow. Every project we deliver comes with a free 3 month support and retainer to make sure everything is working as it should.

You don't need to just take our word for it though, we've got lots of clients who will vouch for that.
