I attended a Thanksgiving party and Pascual was the chef. I consider my pallet to be sophistocated and would characterize myself as something of a "foody". His dishes were superb. I am not a Vegan, by any stretch of the imagination, but I absolutely adored his original Vegan entrees. Pascual and Sandra made my party prep a breeze. Pascual designed the menu; a great combination of finger-lingling flavor and ease of setup, beautiful presentation, and ultimate left-overs. Pascual is an amazing chef and all around great person! His creations are both tasty and satisfying. We continue to talk about his orange "chicken" cauliflower, among other dishes. Pascual also adds a personal touch. The second time we enjoyed his cooking he had remembered that my wife is gluten-free (celiac) and was happy to show her all the gluten-free options in that evening's meal. Pascual comes from a long family tradition of amazing cooking. I am lucky enough to know him and his family for decades but I am not biased with this review, his food is great! My wife and I have had the great luck of enjoying Pascual's delicious food at two large catering events. The flavors sparkled in my mouth, seriously. We ate a fusion of Mexican and Asian delicacies that we still talk about today. The food was plentiful, colorful, and artfully displayed. There are no words to describe the excitement that happens in your mouth when you take a bite of Pascual's tamales, and that statement feels modest. I've had the privilege to enjoy Pascual's catering on two memorable occasions...

Everything from the tamales, to the stuffed mushrooms, quinoa cakes, and colorful salads kept me and the guests of the party coming back for more. I even had the opportunity to talk to Pascual about some of his recipes, and he was so kind to share some of magic behind his cooking with me.

I have had the pleasure of attending two events fully catered by Pascual. At both events, Pascual created multiple dishes that were fresh and bursting with flavor. He has a special gift when it comes to preparing exceptional foods and presents them beautifully.

I have had a particular disdain for sushi, but after tasting his tropical rolls I was converted!

I am going to be very honest here...Although I have not eaten any beef, chicken or pork for 12 years, I sometimes still miss those flavors. But when I eat Pascual's food I don't miss the meat at all. The flavors, textures, freshness, and presentation of Pascual's food are all top notch and satisfy the palate, stomach, and soul! As a Health Coach, my mantra is, "Eat Mindfully and slowly"...well...Pascual's food is so delicious, it is very hard for that mantra not to go out the window!
