My moving experience was flawless and affordable thanks to the stars at Vanpowr, I cannot express how professional these guys are. Booking via the website was so easy and I got my drivers details shortly after booking, the driver was on time and came prepared. They really know what they are doing and they do it very well. Our driver for the trip was Wana (sorry not sure about the spelling), he was on time and very polite. We had booked self loading but he still offered us a hand if we wanted. Impeccable driving, very respectful with our items and making sure we felt safe (which is a very big plus in London.) He even politely asked us if we preferred taking an alternative route as there will be an extra charge cause we were going through the Dartford crossing. Helped us unloading at our destination and even offered us two can of drinks as we still had a bit of moving around to do.Overall a great experience, highly recommended and will be using again in the future. Unfortunately not. We are only able to take bookings online and remotely, the industry we are in does not allow us to assist clients with their relocation remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our vans are sanitized regularly and the teams are always wearing full PPE's as well as getting tested for Covid-19 on a regular basis.
