Vanilla in Allseasons

We are so glad we chose Vanilla in Allseasons as our wedding caterers at Upper House. The food was amazing and the team throughout the day were fantastic. We had so many comments about how delicious the food was. One of our guests said she didn't think she could eat dessert as we had 3 previous courses, but she managed to eat all of the trio selections...... I think that says a lot :).
My bridesmaids husband had very recently started a Keto diet and Vanilla were brilliant at creating a specialised selection of food for him. Andy was made up so thank you.

Neil and I want to say a massive thank you for everything you did to help make our wedding day at Owen House Wedding Barn so very special. Every element of dealing with you was fantastic, from the initial meeting at home with Adam to discuss menus, to the food tasting which was so professionally done, to the amazing food and service on the day itself.

Our guests commented throughout the day and evening how wonderful the food was and, since the wedding, people are still talking about the food and how amazing it was. All your staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much for them. A huge thank you to the wonderful Julie for running the day so smoothly and with such attention to detail. She’s a star. We could just relax and enjoy ourselves which we certainly did!

So, a big thank you again. We’ll certainly be recommending you to anyone who needs a catering company.

I attended the Lymm Rugby Club Sportman's Dinner last night and was highly impressed with the standard of service that Adam and his team provided for 400 guests!

I've never been to a function where the waitress will introduce themselves, and look after the table, so the small personal touches like this were very nice indeed. Needless to say, the food was INCREDIBLE. Delicious and well presented...it's a shame we couldn't have seconds!

I would not hesitate to recommend or use Vanilla as caterers. They were truly a part of a very enjoyable evening! Well done guys! More...

Vanilla catered for Vicky and my wedding reception on 21/4/18 - the food and staff are a credit to themselves - by far the best food I have tasted at a wedding - the staff were so professional and engaging and I can't thank you enough for the hard work - also the chef's need a mention as the food ( and so many guests commented on this too) was Michelin star standard. . class act all round! I just wanted to drop you an email and say how amazing Saturday was. Everyone has said it is the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding it was all delicious. The staff were all fantastic as well everything ran so smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with it all. Despite us living in Oz when we booked, the whole thing was a breeze and you made it so straightforward.

Having worked for Vanilla and been part of their excellent team, there was doubt about who would cater our wedding when we got engaged.

We loved the initial meeting which made us think about what food we loved rather than just pleasing our guests. Also the food tasting evening was delicious and the service and atmosphere was restaurant-like.

In the run up to the wedding, changes were made and emails thrown back and forth. Kelly was great at accommodating us and we were reassured everything was good to go.

On our wedding day, along with our guests raving about the delicious canapés and beautiful beef, we were treated like royalty. Barbara made sure we had at least tried the canapés we had chosen and also made sure we were sat ready for dinner inbetween saying our hellos and thank yous to our guests.

Some of our friends and family already knew about Vanilla from other events and were excited for our menu. The food and service did not disappoint!

Vanilla go above and beyond to make sure your day runs smoothly...and if it doesn't...you probably won't even know about it!

I just wanted to send a quick message to say thank you for the catering you did at our wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn.
The food was absolutely beautiful, every guest complimented the food saying how nice it was, with even Marcs brother trying a prawn and liking it! The sharing starter was ideal, giving the guests the opportunity to socialise and a chance to offer a variety of different starters. The two main dishes were perfect and they went well together the chicken was lovely and the sea-bass tasted so fresh! The trio of deserts were fantastic, I loved that I could choose the desserts and it was just the right amount of each one to try.


The service was amazing, every member of staff made me feel so at ease, the main girls were fantastic asking if I was okay throughout the drinks reception and the wedding breakfast, doing anything that I had asked and always offering to help. Billie was a great help to Marc in the morning with putting all the name cards and thank you packs out on the tables and they were fab! The team were on task throughout the day and I especially liked that they went up to the guests with allergies to ask them if their food was okay and if they could do any more for them. One evening guest said that ‘all the staff were so polite and happy to be there and help, they made us feel so welcoming.’

Everything was perfect and from the beginning you really made the journey relaxed and always making us feel at ease, answering all our emails and helping us.

Again thank you so much, I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a cater for their wedding I could not fault your service or food More...

Absolutely fantastic!! From the second we started our research into Cheshire caterers we knew Vanilla in all Seasons would be the one. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable from the first contact. From the first mouthful at the tasting we were sold! Better than most restaurants I would say! Your staff are an absolute credit to your company and were amazing during the setting up of the venue and on the day itself. And the food - well, we knew it was going to be great but we were blown away, as were our guests. Two months on and people are still mentioning the food, both the meal itself and the hog roast. Most brides say they don't get chance to eat on the day - well let me say, there was no chance I wasn't going to eat every last bit of my meal!! Thank you so much for helping to make our day so special and for anyone out there looking for a caterer, I would recommend stopping your search and booking Vanilla in all Seasons! More...

Thank you so much for everything you did on our wedding day you were all amazing. From the first tasting session and meeting at our house to go through our menu choices, it was all done to perfection. We knew you were the best people to have serving our food on our wedding day. We first discovered vanilla in all seasons 2 years ago at a supplier evening at our wedding venue.The samples we tried were delicious and so we went ahead and booked. My husband and I got married at Heaton House Farm on 22nd October 2017 and are so happy that we chose Vanilla in All Seasons to cater for our special day.

Vanilla were listed as one of Heaton House Farms preferred suppliers and after looking at their menus and reviews, we didn’t hesitate in booking them.

We had an initial meeting with Sue where we spoke about the kinds of food we liked so that she could get an idea of our taste before exploring menu choices. We then went into further details, being showed photos of what they can do, making a list of possible choices and combinations that we could have.

We were then invited to a menu tasting at their new premises, where we chose several options to sample. All of the food was amazing and we had a real battle deciding on what our Wedding Breakfast would. We decided on chicken liver parfait, pan fried chicken in a white wine sauce, crushed potatoes and peppered green beans and a trio of cheesecake (my husband loves cheesecake!) – oreo, chocolate brownie & white chocolate and raspberry and a simple BBQ for the evening reception.

Communication from Vanilla was great throughout the planning. After the initial meeting with Sue, we received our menu choices and rough costs straight away and any questions we had were answered very quickly. Any special dietary requirements our guests had were no trouble for them and alternative menu options were provided. We also had a call a few weeks before the big day to discuss the final details.

On the big day, the wedding breakfast was absolutely delicious and even better than we remembered from the tasting, we were really happy with our choices. We had so many compliments about the food from our guests and the cheesecake trio went down a treat! The staff on the day were fantastic, professional and friendly and one of the staff members (sorry we can’t remember her name), came to us between each course to make sure that we were happy with everything. Each course came out together for all guests and no-one ever seemed to be kept waiting for their meal.

For the evening food, as we were so full from the wedding breakfast, my husband only managed a few chips (which were fantastic), but again, the evening guests told us how amazing it was and as the staff came round offering the food to the guests, it didn’t interrupt the flow of the evening reception.

Overall, we were incredibly happy with Vanilla in All Season and would definitely recommend them to any couples planning their wedding.

We instantly knew that we wanted you to serve our food on the day.

From the moment the wedding breakfast was served to finishing the evening food everything was amazing! We just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did to make our Wedding day absolutely perfect. From the moment we got in touch with you the service you offered was professional, friendly and efficient. From the first visit to the tasting event, we had no regrets whatsoever and knew we had made the right choice. Sue was absolutely fantastic, her help and advice was bob on and she was exceptionally patient with us and thorough too, a real asset to your company and a genuinely lovely person!

On the day, we were delighted to see Adam running the show and announcing us into the room. For someone who is used to being the organiser, and Rach who used to run Weddings, it helped me relax massively (along with the tequila)! The staff were second to none with their polite and speedy service. All the dietary requirements were remembered to an absolute tee and our guests were delighted.

The food, you know it as you’ve won awards but oh my days!.. You had someone who is the fussiest eater on the planet none stop going on about the beef and how beautifully it was cooked, and the sides. The canapés were spectacular although we wish we had chance to try more than one (we will book onto one of your new meals at venues I saw on Facebook)! We had a part time vegetarian trying beef as she refused to believe it could be on par with her expertly recommended vegetarian dish (thanks again Sue) and the rustic chocolate pots as we know, were to die for! You fit in perfectly with Owen House and we cannot thank you enough for ensuring the smooth running of the day with them. We will recommend you highly without hesitation.

We attended a wedding at Owen House Wedding Barn this weekend and it was outstanding, the staff at Vanilla in AllSeasons's were just fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble, they checked for allergies before distributing the canapés, the food was absolutely top notch, couldn't fault any of it, it was displayed beautifully, it was hot (which is always hard to pull off when catering for a large party) and very tasty! Came here for a tasting session. Amazing food and great staff. Venue is basically a few tables sat next to the kitchens so if you wanted to, you could watch them prepare. There is no boundary separating the kitchen and the dining area so you will smell the food as they are being prepared. More...
