Special thanks to HACK VANISH, a professional hacker I’ve been hiring for the past 2 years because, I find him to be an outstanding hacker who has aided me in various hacking related issues, ranging from fixing my poor FICO credit score of about 437 TransUnion, 462 Equifax to 802 plus excellent score, tracking my cheating husband’s phone and currently has helped me recover my lost crypto funds from an online scam investment I recently ventured into, I must confess he is the best, quite brilliant, ever since I discovered him through a positive review I saw on Wallet Hub and reached out to him via Email: HACKVANISH @ GMAIL. COM, and Phone: +1(747) 293-8514, to which he responded in less than 10mins, I have never regretted working with him, he’s been quite helpful and highly efficient. I Would recommend his services to anyone without hesitation. More...

I had the pleasure of working with Peter on a landscape design concept for the exterior of one of his current projects. As a landscape designer it is truly refreshing to see an architect thinking about the entire property, to include the way the clients will be using their outdoor space. There will ...

Peter did work for one of my clients who was very impressed. He found that Peter was easy to communicate with and finished the project timely and captured what he was looking to have done.

Peter designed the third story addition to our row house in Old Town Alexandria. It was complicated to say the least, adding a story onto a building that had existed for over 100 years. Needless to say, Peter got rave reviews from our architectural review board with the City, and the end result wa... More...

Peter did the plans for our interior renovation, including putting in a bathroom from scratch and renovating two large rooms. The plans were clear and presented ideas we hadn't thought about ourselves. He also helped us through the permit approval process and the finished product is beautiful and fu... More...

I have had the pleasure to work with Peter on a recent project. He was brought in by a builder and even though that builder did not get the project, we kept Peter. He has been responsive, concise and produces exactly what you request (unlike some architects that reinterpret your vision to resemble... More...

Love my house. It is a joy working with Peter VanderPoel. We started talking about this house in 2011. It was going to have five main objectives: handicapped accessible, energy efficient, pet-friendly, easy to clean, and good looking. It has achieved all of these goals. More...

Adams Architects provided the architectural plans for our kitchen/family room and master bedroom suite addition which was completed in 2012. The exterior design was particularly excellent in that the new addition blended seamlessly with the original house design. Several features such as the Ingle... More...

Q&As

It depends on the jurisdiction and what you'd like to do. An office or studio tends to have fewer restrictions than a dwelling for rent or family. Most locales are constantly changing their rules to accommodate these dwellings, however, in hopes of making housing more affordable for both residents and renters.

The most important first step is looking at the plat, a drawing that normally coming with the house purchase paperwork. It identified the location of the garage on the site and can be used to determine what will be allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.

I get to be creative every day. Providing a solution that excites a client and shows them something that they hadn't considered is very gratifying. Being able to see an entire house in one glance is a huge leap in understanding the possibilities.

I taught at the university level for 9 years which whet my appetite to put my lecture topics to practical use.

An architect is not simply a contractor with a turtleneck sweater. Where contractors and engineers are concerned with 'things'-square feet and floor joists; architects are focused on providing an experience based on the everyday needs of the client.

Most of my drawings are done on the computer and can be shared through an application called Miro. This allows a set of drawings to be available online and all presented drawings are available throughout the project.
