Our removal was from Sheffield to Newcastle. Mark and his team were friendly and accommodated to our needs. Tiny glitch in that they were late to arrive but this was due to a flat tyre which of course can't be helped - and Mark called us to let us know and arrived shortly afterwards. We hired Mark and his team to help us relocate from Lincoln to Leeds. They were cheerful throughout the whole move and were very careful with all our belongings ensuring nothing got damaged. All I can say is, thanks a million Mark,Not only did Mark travel down to Birmingham to help us move house, but his professionalism on the job was top class! All of our belongings were treated as if they were his own, and Mark was always willing to go out of his way to make our extremely stressful experience easier.For me personally, it was Mark's calming influence on the day of completion that helped me the most. Mark made our removal so easy !! We only had a small amount of furniture to move but most of it was pretty heavy stuff, however, the guys just got on with it, loaded it into the van, wrapped it carefully and in a couple of hours we were moved ! !
