I absolutely love Valley Executives Real Estate and Property Management, and I enjoy hanging my license here and working amongst all the professional agents and staff. Tomorrow, I will have been with these folks for 9 years and two months tomorrow! (At that time we were part of US Preferred Realty as the Property Management Division).

I have to admit I miss the founder James Bortz who passed away December 29, 2016 and we celebrated his life with a memorial on his birthday March 9, 2017.

Our Designated Broker Margaret "Maggie" Smith has been there since the beginning and is amazing! Tray McGlynn one of our owners I'd amazing, and I love the staff and the agents, and I'm humbled to be among them as one of our Associate Brokers of Valley Executives.

I've just rented a condo through Valley Executives.  Each step was very clear, the property was in good shape, you can tell it was nicely cleaned and remodeled for the next tenant (me).  My property manager/agent Diana has been extremely helpful.  So far for me a streamlined process and I have no complaints.  I especially like the easy-to-use online portal for paying rent which allows a checking account or credit card, which might come in handy in a pinch. I have been with Valley Ex. for about 8 years now. I never really had a major issue come up. Just recently, Maggie and Rin waived  a $200 fee they normally collect and it made me appreciate them all that much more! They are always responsive to my needs and questions.Never had a problem. In 2006 Maggie S. from Valley Executives helped my find the perfect property to buy. In 2013, after a bankruptcy and divorce, Valley Executive helped me find a house where I could start my new life! It was very difficult for them to get me qualified for a lease, but they never quit until they found me the perfect place! It is a pleasure to do business with them every month. Any maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. Thank you Valley Executives!! More...

Valley Executives Property Management is a very professional and respectable company. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent a property, or to rent their investment property.

I have been renting from Maggie/Valley Executive Property Management for almost 3 years and would highly recommend them. Anytime there has been a semi serious to serious problem at the house, there has been a repairman there that day. Every contact I've had with anyone there it has been a pleasant one More...

I first met Steve (Skip) Rohl last year, when I was looking for a house to rent. I told him what I wanted, and he found it for me. Once I decided, he helped me deal with the company managing it. So when I decided to buy a house this year, he was the first person I went to. Again, I told him what I wanted, and he found me some options. When my wants changed, he adapted. Once I made my decision, he helped me through the negotiation process. My closing is next week. And, as a bonus, they appraised the house at $12k more than I paid. Thanks Skip! Keep answering your phone! More...

I got on here to write a review because I was very pleased with renting a town home at 614 S. Wilson St in Tempe and I was shocked to read some of these reviews. It's an older complex and a little dated in some areas, but the price is nearly unbeatable for the location and a 2bd/2ba unit. One guy mentioned bed bugs, but I was friends with a lot of the other tenants and NEVER heard anything about that. I wouldn't have continued renting there if that was true. In fact, my fridge went out and the landlord replaced it right away. That was really the only mechanical issue I had other than the standard air filter/light bulb thing. The area is awesome if you enjoy going out to a variety of restaurants or for drinks. It's not the ideal place for younger kids but if you're a student or a semi- young professional (like me) then you will appreciate all the options. I never had to drive anywhere to go out and we mostly walked. Even if you did want to take a cab instead of walking, it was only like 5 bucks! There is pretty much a hangout for every type of personality, even if you're a hipster who hates everything. JK :)My unit had upgraded tile flooring installed which really looked great and I love having wood burning  fireplace in the winter. Tempe can be tricky because it's so diverse and you almost get a city vibe in that area which brings a little of the normal riff raff, but I never had an issue with theft or anything else. Hayden Ferry isn't perfect, but the price and location really make up for any little complaints I would have had. More...

I rented from Josh for a year and a half and I had a pretty good experience. The house in Chandler was pretty well-maintained, the owner never really spared expense. I didn't have any problems with them.  As Long as I paid my rent, I did not hear from them, which is what you should expect from management company. More...
