Great trainer and sessions! Always keeps everyone motivated. If you can't do something due to injury etc Amanda will always take the time to come up with an alternative for you. Great variety in the sessions, never do the same thing twice and always really well planned. Most importantly though it's just loads of FUN! More...

Can't praise enough. Workouts are always different so I never get bored. They are tailored to my level of ability but at the same time a challenge. I have had nothing but support along my fitness journey to be the best I can be, and when I got a low through injury I was helped to over come my slump and get back on track. Brilliant job. Just finished 8 weeks of PT sessions once a week, every week we did something different and tailored to what we needed/requested. Excellent sessions and entirely flexible which was essential for me as I work away from home ad hoc.

Found I was getting positive results within two weeks including the home workouts Amanda scheduled for me in between our sessions together.

The whole process with Amanda was excellent, very enjoyable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Although I am not a current client (I had to stop due to reasons not related to Amanda), I am planning on rejoining the programme in September.

Absolutely fantastic!! Amanda really pushes me to get the best and I come away feeling top of the world every time. Even when it gets tough and I feel like giving in, she encourages me to go that extra little bit!
All my work outs have been different and tailored to my needs/areas of my body! Would highly recommend Amanda to anyone looking for a top PT!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Amanda. She has trained myself and my fiancé to prepare for our wedding and she was so accommodating. Being trained in your own home is the best and converted me from being a total gym lover to enjoying doing workouts at home also. Amanda is so caring and extremely motivating at all times. I was more than impressed with my results and increase in my fitness levels. Can’t wait to come back again and be trained soon.
The Bootcamp Amanda does are also excellent and make you feel good.

Brilliant sessions, always something new to keep me interested. Everything is tailored to ability and sessions are adapted for particular needs.
