A little over a year ago I had an unfortunate work issue....I contacted multiple employment lawyers and all of them didn't seem interested in helping me (or couldn't help me). Many of them spoke to me briefly on the phone and brushed me off. I felt so helpless! I finally contacted Valiant Law and got in touch with Raymond. Raymond seemed genuinely concerned and had me come down to the firm to meet with him so that I could give him more details regarding the employment issue. He was the only one that took the time to get to know me and the situation I was in. Very long story short, Raymond and his team took my case. They worked hard on my case and had my back 110% throughout the whole process. Raymond was able to secure a very fair and reasonable agreement between me and the other party. In the end, although the process itself didn't happen overnight, I am so glad that I went through with it, and I'm so glad I had Valiant Law on my side. Hands down best experience with a law group and with an attorney ever, Raymond Babaian is the consummate professional and is the blueprint for what an attorney should be. Every attorney and I do mean every attorney should strive to be as honest, professional, ethical and responsive as Mr. Babaian. I only wish I had met Mr. Babaian earlier as I have the misfortune of dealing with not so ethical attorneys in the past.  My case was handled with such expediency and the outcome was exactly what I was hoping for, I felt listened to and cared about, a rarity especially in this day and age and unfortunately especially when it comes to attorneys hence the reason for all the lawyer jokes... having said that I leave you with this and believe me it is no joke... When I first spoke to Raymond on the phone about my case, I felt immediately confident that this firm was competent and thoroughly understood employment law.  My case was handled by Melissa Fulgencio.  She took over the case from Michael Ocampo, who originally assisted me in the beginning stages.  She got up to speed fast, asked me several astute questions and ultimately attended a mediation hearing with me.  I prevailed in mediation on a case that would have been a mountain climb had we gone to trial.  They made me feel like I was a family member that they would fight hard for!  Melissa was fantastic!  Highly recommended! Raymond helped us a few years back and I'm forever grateful. I cannot say the specifics of the issue, he helped mitigate some of the costs that we had associated with a settlement. The other side was found at fault in a business grievance but it still took a lot of our time and resources. Without Valiant Law it would have been so much worse. My company and I first interviewed Valiant Law after we were wrongfully named in a legal matter.
