I recently used Valet Maids again, since I had such a great experience the first time, but this was for a deep clean at my current condo, not a move out. The cleaner showed up right on time and went straight to work. I was working from home and I have a new puppy so I was able to be around while he cleaned and I was extremely impressed! We've been using Valet Maids once a month for several months and they have been terrific. They do a really good job cleaning and their customer service is excellent. First and foremost, they do a terrific job cleaning--I didn't know floors could feel so clean! They even took out stains that I thought were permanent on our kitchen counters. They really don't miss a thing while being very careful with fragile objects. They are also very responsive to requests if you want to them to focus on cleaning something specific.Their management takes the business very seriously and they are organized, professional, and responsive. I tried Valet Maids for the first time yesterday. Overall, I enjoyed the experience. Pros:1. Booking my appointment was easy. I checked out the website but decided it would be easier if I called to book my appointment. The lady who answered the phone was patient with me and my tons of questions. I have used a maid service was before but it was a long time ago.2. My place looked really good when they were done. I could have stayed but I thought that it would be easier if I left while she was cleaning. I was happy with the job she did. Cons:1. They charge extra if you have pets. I get it. Some people really don't clean up after their pets and have hair and whatever else everywhere.2. They aren't the cheapest. My sister was having her wedding reception at my house in Dallas and the girls that came to my house did an exceptional job on such short notice. I have a 6000 sq foot home with 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and while I know my home is big the girls did not miss a thing. The last cleaning company I used missed so many areas and I paid a fortune . We had a great experience with Valet Maids. We went up to Dallas for NYE to hang out with friends annnnnd we kind of left our vacant rental in a bit of disarray. We searched for cleaning companies that were near us and Valet Maids came up. We booked an emergency cleaning online, yep! online. That sold me, I do most of shopping online so it was nice to see a service company get with the times so people can book things online. They sent 3 maids to our rental. Everyone was super professional and they did a fantastic job! I liked how they didn't just rush out of there when they finished but took their time to walk me through the house showing me what they did. I definitely feel bad about how we left the place for them to clean but they didn't complain or anything they just got to work and knocked it out.
