We made an appointment to visit the shop and my daughter to try on a few dresses, there was a nice selection, but on our first visit we were unable to make a decision, so we went away for the weekend and thought about it, went back on Monday and purchased her ideal dress, it was the first one she had tried on in the shop. The lady is absolutely fantastic not pushy and we had plenty of time. The dress was ordered and came within the time frame we were given. On our collection day my daughter tried the dress and she looked stunning in it. We had to have a couple of alterations as she is quite short and the dress was long but we were prepared for this. I've just got the most beautiful dress, after trying so many dresses on from online stores . I rang Valentia boutique and got an appointment for that day. I was apprehensive as I was on my own but there was no need, I was advised brilliantly, had lots to choose from and made to feel totally at ease. A wonderful experience. Stunning bridal shop, amazing dresses, very good quality, the service we got for my daughter's prom dress from trying different styles, to picking up her dress today has been amazing, she took time to get to know us, very friendly and professional at the same time. What a wonderful and professional business! I got my gorgeous wedding dress from Jools. She put me and my mind at ease. She let me try on as many dresses as I liked, and she answered my non stop irrational questions (that tends to happen when planning a wedding!
) Without hesitation. Please go and have an appointment in Valentia bridal, it's fabulous! Thank you so much Jools (and for personally replying to my blue and white striped card).

Friendly welcome and very helpful.. my first visit I was there for over an hour trying dresses on. Very professional and thorough with measurements and accessories to go with dress. . we hit a few complications along the way to my wedding day (fell pregnant a couple of weeks after buying the dress) so final fitting got moved as late as poss (baby was about 6 weeks old!) couldn't recommend Jools and team enough!! The most massive thank you to Jools at Valentia Bridal, she was so kind and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. She had a fantastic eye for what would suit me (being a bit of a bigger girl I was worried my options would be limited) and she had a fabulous range and she helped me decide on the beautiful wedding dress I brought. I'm an older bride and was helped by Julie....had an online nightmare and resembled a yeti in the dress I'd got on line so was a bit of an emotional wreck when I went to Valentina. ..julie had the patience of a saint with me and I must have tried her patience I'm sure!! Cant fault these guys. I gave them a budget for the ceremony room wedding breakfast room and evening room came in under budget and it was not what they usually did.
