It was the perfect trainer for me and helped so much to build the muscles in a very professional way as I moved from being very skinny to have a nice body with a very good posture feeling very confident about it the way I left the weight and breathing and releasing the tight muscles for all the body and look so perfect and confident thanks so much for that wish all the people understand your way

I first made contact with Vahdaneh in 2009 where we spoke about adrenal fatigue. I found her articles and Facebook post quite interesting. She then moved to Dubai in 2012. I stated to follow Naudi Aguliar (Functional Patterns) and saw Vahdaneh had become certified by Naudi and was practising in Dubai. On my trip to Dubai in 2015 I visited Vahdaneh where I asked her to assess my posture and movement. Vahdaneh was quite through in her assessment where she also went through myofascial release techniques and noticed a huge improvement in posture and movement.

Vahdeneh moved back to the UK where I have had 2 further sessions where I feel my range in motion has improved which has transferred in my gym training.

I feel stronger, more able and confident when in the gym in my workouts and running through the exercises Vahdaneh has taught me.

It has been a valuable experience and would recommend anyone who experiences postural issues to see her for an assessment.

If you really want to know what "Well-being" stands for you should meet V as she is a game changer when it comes to fitness & health. I've been training with V for over a year and I achieved nothing but great results - better posture and breathing, toned body, less stress levels and a good mood every day.

The main thing that I liked a lot was her individual approach to any client - we are all different and have completely different dysfunctions and imbalances so it was all about deep understanding of my own anatomy and solving the issues that I would have (and oh, sometimes they would change, which was a real discovery for me!).
Another important point is a self-learning and practicing - once you start knowing your body you can work on SMR at home and release the muscles that you feel need it the most.
There is never a repetition but always a balance of exercises that are going back to the basics of the movement and body structure. They may seem easy but they make you sweat big time! However, it's absolutely far from cardio, crossfit, heavy weights - there is no beasting and forcing yourself to death! I personally absolutely loved it as I have some issues with the blood pressure and cardio would make me feel dizzy, then sore, so the opposite of what I would feel after my sessions with V.
I didn't have any problems with my weight as I've been eating clean for a long time now, but I've discovered the coconut oil for myself following V's advise. I changed nothing about my food and amounts I eat, I would just add a tablespoon of the oil to my breakfast that would help me fasten my metabolism and stop accumulating unnecessary fat in my body.

It's never too late to try! And even if you are the most sceptical person on earth, you would see the difference once you would stop feeling pain in your knee or shoulder, would sleep better and would stop gaining crazy amounts of weight.

I train often in the gym mainly doing weight lifting and crossfit and because of that I have been suffering of muscle tightness which limits my flexibility and performances. Vahdaneh did a localized massage listening to the tensions in the muscles and providing the right pressure where needed, making me feel relaxed and solving any muscle related tension.
In the past I also had wrists injury caused by a bike accidents, two years later I'm still suffering of tendins issues; pressing certain deep muscles in my forearms muscles she managed to give me a really good relief on both of my wrists.
The whole session was brilliant and I felt the benefits straight away.

Hi V - been meaning to circle back to put a few comments on your site, I've been a follower of your site and of Functional Patterns for a while and it was great to come to your training room for the self myofascial release workshop in October, and then back for progressive training in November. I learned so much on these days and have been putting it into practice since. What really got me hooked was the pillars of posture and breathing exercises- I've been practicing the breathing while driving to and from work as well as during workouts in the gym and it amazes me the positive impact it has on stability and movement. I really loved the progressive exercises on the second class such as the plank, squat etc- I read another review / comment on here that mentioned how much sweat these positions produce even though you feel less movement compared to what I would call traditional exercises or versions of these positions. Your classes have shown me I have a lot to learn yet but amazing how much better my mind body connection feels after these classes already and I cannot wait for more in 2016! Thank you!! More...

My postures alot better since ive been going to these sessions with V. My muscle tones coming back and my strengths improved as at one point struggled to even carry a bag of shopping now I can do at least 4. My Joints feel looser and I get alot less muscle cramps. More...

I've been going to Vahdaneh's movement class now for a couple of months and would highly recommend it. The classes are always tailored to my need on that day, especially as I am in recovery from a broken elbow. I had fascial release work done with Vahdaneh and it was amazing! She got into my psoas which I didn't even think was possible superficially!

I felt great afterwards and felt very reassured at her knowledge and experience. She lives and breathes fascia! �

Learnt so much today at V's workshop. Head to toe (not in that order) work on release using myofasciala release, posture and breathing practices.

V delivered a lot of information to us with practical, demonstration and well explained user friendly insight.

We went through myofascial sequences making use of lacrosse balls, rods, PVC pipes, tennis balls, kettlebells and the use of your own hands all for a better tomorrow of the body temple :-)

In this new age where most of us experience constant stress and depression regarding weight issues, I must say that the one and only solution I look forward to is attending sessions with V. .
It's been some time since I have been training with her and since then, I've only achieved positive outcomes in tiny steps which has helped me to deal with my demons.
This training is extraordinary for the simple fact that it is surprisingly manageable and does not require a 'vigorous form of movement' unlike what I experienced when going to the gym and working out tirelessly to achieve some form of results, instead what it does is releases all the trigger points/tight points around the body in a very calm and refreshing way.
It's only through V that I discovered how important it is to learn the way our body functions and to work with our body and train it to experience better posture as we often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders, to be able to reduce stress that has been accumulated over the years which has been a root cause for not losing much weight, to have balanced mood swings and for me personally the KEY in making all of the above work: LEARNING TO BREATHE again and improving the blood circulation in our body ! As strange as it may seem, sometimes we all underestimate how powerful it is to be able to breathe properly and gain as much oxygen to function in our lives !
Moreover, V is also an expert when it comes to food as she takes on a holistic approach when taking care of our body. She gives me simple recipes which taste like heaven and does justice to my body at the same time as well as suggests the right combination of carbs fats and proteins within our diet which helps to regulate our metabolism and increase energy levels.
Therefore with a whole combination of these amazing tools, expertise advice and individualised training sessions, V would be your best bet as she is able to transfer her knowledge, techniques, skills and share her enthusiasm of giving people the opportunity to develop an understanding of your body and ways to deal with it in the most amazing way possible.

I myself was overweight, depressed, had many health issues and injuries, through which I was able to over come and improve by changing my lifestyle. I dont faint a false picture for clients I have been in the industry over 13 years and know myself this isnt a one size fits all approach to take with clients. We all have different issues we need to face. It could be a injury you had 4 years ago which still has not healed and causing your body not to work functionally which effects weight loss too! It could be the fact your doing too much! which is causing stress hormones to rise which leads to feeling worse from the outcome. There are so many factors I take into consideration and this is only due to fact I myself have been through a battle with my health. So client should consider choosing me because I am sympathetic to each situations, my holistic approach allows me to use many tools to improve vitality, movement, nutrition, lifestyle, injury, stress and your physical appearance. I'm very direct and honest with clients I dont paint a false picture as I know quick fixes do not work.
