The health challenges I have faced for the last decade have forced me to seek for solutions that have really worked practical and not just sound good in theory.

How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
They say abs are made in the kitchen! that is a true statement. It is more important than exercise from my own experience.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing change, improvements whether they are small steps or big! a client could come and say they are sleeping so much better. or they feel happier and value their health. This is what drives me to continue to help people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I myself was overweight, depressed, had many health issues and injuries, through which I was able to over come and improve by changing my lifestyle. From this experience it inspired me to want to help others do the same. So i know how hard it is and can related to any issues and obticles that people face.
Why should our clients choose you?
I dont faint a false picture for clients I have been in the industry over 13 years and know myself this isnt a one size fits all approach to take with clients. We all have different issues we need to face. It could be a injury you had 4 years ago which still has not healed and causing your body not to work functionally which effects weight loss too! It could be the fact your doing too much! which is causing stress hormones to rise which leads to feeling worse from the outcome. There are so many factors I take into consideration and this is only due to fact I myself have been through a battle with my health. So client should consider choosing me because I am sympathetic to each situations, my holistic approach allows me to use many tools to improve vitality, movement, nutrition, lifestyle, injury, stress and your physical appearance. I'm very direct and honest with clients I dont paint a false picture as I know quick fixes do not work.
