Oreck stores in general are fantastic. All the service they offer models that they service. Including heaters and air purifiers. They do pretty much everything. The vacuums are fantastic lightweight easy to push and they carry Miele products as well. And it doesn't get better than that. More...

i took my 17 year old kirby to get serviced on Friday and got it back on Tuesday. They did an awesome job. it not only looked like a new vacuum but ran like one too.

We've been fans of Oreck for many years now. After all of my years of visiting this store, I've never received such top-notch customer service as I did today. Typically, you'll receive not so friendly service and your typical salesperson trying to take advantage, if you didn't know better.However, in this case, Steve was a breath of fresh air. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately. We came in to Oreck to purchase a handheld vacuum and we wanted to make sure we were getting one that works well for us. Steve was extremely informative, which made us feel great about our new purchase. He wasn't your pushy salesman trying to make a sale. He wanted to make sure we got the best for our buck. After the purchase, he kindly carried the vaccum to our car, without us asking for any assistance.If you're looking for a great vacuum that will last a lifetime, I highly recommend Oreck. And be sure to ask for Steve!I would rate 5 stars, but the others 2 men working there were not friendly and kept looking awfully cold whenever we made eye contact. More...

The owner, Ben, is very straightforward about his products. I bought a used air cleaner and after researching it online, went to his store to get the cleaner I needed and to get answers about taking it apart (which parts were user-serviceable and which weren't). He was honest with me about what was essential and what was optional and showed me how to take it apart. Now, several months later, I was able to purchase the part I now needed over the phone to be picked up by my husband. I had more questions and he was excellent.
